Hearts -V- ICT
Personally though Shane put in a great shift in when he replaced Billy. Chased every loose ball. Id go as far as saying he helped us seal the game, in a way in which Billy couldnt. He was a great out ball, big deal he missed a chance, Billy's missed plenty chances, and anyway he created the chance himself. Give the players a fecking break just once. Thats the second time ive seen Shane play up top off the bench this season, the first been against Aberdeen when he came on won a penalty, created a couple chances and then got injured, and thats the second time hes had a positive impact. wouldnt surprise me at all if we see Terry using him more often to ease pressure at the end of games. He was the best outball we had on saturday, with the pitch being poor and having to resort to the longball often. The highlights showed his miss but what they didnt show was the linking with A.Shinnie and Nick Ross, and the corners/throw ins he won. At this level players miss chances. Fact!

I was very very impressed with Danny Devine. The boy is a beast. One of his Clarence's almost blasted a hole through David raven but along with warren he handled ngoo so well. And we could see his frustration. Won almost every header composed at the back, yesterday was the first time I've seen him barring his cameo against Kilmarnock and I was very impressed with what I saw. He's the definition of a beast imo.

TB and Attendances - Summer Football?
Terry does love our support in the main. Especially our away support. It wasn't the loyal supporters he was having a go at it was the rest that don't come to games he had a pop at. So I see no reason why he wouldn't praise our loyal support that attend every game. And Yes he did do the celebrations after the game.

Ooooh ooooh Gary warren

ICT position at the split (33 games)?
Motherwell and Celtic were expected loses tbh, Celtic having the luxury of being able to make 10 changes or however many it was and still have 7,8 or 9 internationals on the park, and Motherwell imo have the most well balanced team in the league outwith Celtic, with a strong backline, a solid midfeild, and some absolutely electric attackers. In this run of games without a win the only shock was not beating St Mirren, but that was down to the timing of the game with them coming off a huge high and us a massive low, and we should have put Killie away. losing to Killie in the cup was a bit of a kick in the teeth but could be a blessing in disguise. From now on every game is winable, and we have proven this season we are more than capable of going on a run. its all about belief, and i believe with captain fantastic back soon, and a good result tomorrow we can do it.

Team for Hearts
esson raven warren meekings g.shinnie draper owain doran a.shinnie ross billy These players are the ones who got us to where we are now, bar ross whos been injured, but since coming back has been very impressive. These are the players who will regain form, and these are the players who will earn us top 6 or even top 4. Keeping the faith with the tried and tested will pay off eventually.

robin van persie better than Ronaldo
Nah i'm sure i'd rather have Ronaldo, he's one of the greatest ever. Van Persie is excellent but he's not in that category. On yesterdays performance you are dead right United's Spanish keeper ( like ours) saved the day, why were you watching that pish?! we were playing kilmarnock! that is all.

robin van persie better than Ronaldo
Yes mourinhos crazy but there's definatly method to his madness. He's brought success to everywhere he's gone. He won the champions league with Porto somehow. When itv did a programme on him Sir Alex himself said Mourinho will surpass his acheivements in terms of trophies won etc. DA is just a sh*tebag Mourinho is a successful sh*tebag

robin van persie better than Ronaldo
hes from portugal. fatal mistake . and theres no manager in the world with more respect for mourinho than sir alex. not better, less extravagant. itll be a very good game. van persie better than ronaldo. ronaldo plays left wing/left forward usually for starters. and scores more. its no contest. in 179 games in spain hes scored 182 goals. van persie couldnt touch that record. falcao vs van persie is a much closer contest, but neither could lace cr7's nor messi's boots. dont spout the premier league is better defensively than la liga either. because it just isnt anymore.

Keeper poll
esson got injured reguero played well, reguero became first choice keeper. esson gets to play in the cup to give reguero a rest, esson plays well, regains starting jersey. looks to me like terry is being consistent more than detremental.

ICT injuries
its tough for terry to give long term contracts if you dont know if the club will have enough cash to pay those contracts in 2-3 years time, i very much doubt hed be allowed to. terrys hands are tied, the job he does along with marsella and mo, finding new talented players is very impressive imo. hes tied up meekings, graeme shinnie, and nick ross for another couple years, so hes trying to give the team a back bone for the next couple seasons at least. its also a double edged sword in some ways as we need to do well short term to secure funds so we can look longer term.

Reguero to Kilmarnock?

3 Points on Saturday
a point would be good, a win would be fantastic, a loss wouldnt be the end of the world. beating celtic is never easy, we are 3 times as weakened as them, given that we have a squad half the size, probably a quater the ammount of internationals, and our best players are injured or carrying knocks. motherwell the next weeks much more important.

Jordan Gibbons
listened to his interview with lian auld, sounds really excited to be up hear. seems like a proper butcher player. ''im versatile, i can play at right back and on the wing, and wherever the manager wants to play me il give 110%''
