  1. I take it the club don't have any other payment options?
  2. I'm sure theres somebody behind that email address bright enough to create a paypal donate button using their wizard that could be posted on this forum, so that non-paypal users can also donate. My account on paypal has been limited for years but I can still send money to people via the donate option.
  3. Wouldnt the cost of the flag be significantly lower without a giant club badge on it? I think the second one would look better with out it anyway.
  4. Do you work for the council? I don't think I've referred to us as anything other than Inverness for years but thats not really the point here is it lol. I'll donate £20 whatevers on the thing.
  5. I'll put in £20 as well but only if the word INVERNESS is on it.
  6. The ignorance on this topic is astounding, you've the cheek to call yourselves Invernessians. Havent any of you ever attempted to play kirby with 3 people and 2 footballs? Where else can it happen besides LA?
  7. I remember this now you bring it up. I seem to remember it being further into the Firth rather than between the Ferry and Black Isle.
  8. If 5,000+ Caledonian fans existed then more than a couple of hundred would have turned out to stop them being voted to death. Anybody who disagrees is living on another planet. You cannot silence, block or deny thousands of people from putting themselves in a position to vote. Does a single piece of footage exist of the rebels numbering more than one bus load? The majority of football fans in Inverness at the time would have traveled in numbers to see any of the three Highland League sides in what was pretty much a cup final. As a kid I was taken to Scottish Cup games for all 3 sides and we were seeing the same faces at all of them. If we sell 12,000 or so tickets for this final in Glasgow incoming, it would be naive to think that 12,000 of the people buying those tickets are ICT supporters.
  9. ive no idea what to say, both goals were unstoppable and i cant fault how we've played until now. we're still in this
  10. really close game this. warrens foul there was deffo a yellow, he'l miss the final now.
  11. Sadly I think you're giving them too much credit with talk of a long term strategy. They've done the obvious thing in the short term in securing longer contracts for players but you would expect this no matter who the chairmen or manager were. Sundays game is huge for this club.
  12. Can somebody link me to these famed posts from last week hailing Hughes as the messiah?
  13. www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/25821102 See Hartley has left Alloa, they mention us there saying he lost out to Hughes. #sacktheboard
  14. If we have a million pound player in our ranks then its Shinnie. Take it these offers for Billy have remained non-existent?
  15. A fair % of Rooneys goals came from the spot too.
  16. As for what we should sell him for if an offer comes in: all the points raised are spot on, we have nobody to replace him and without a decent striker we will probably finish about 30 points worse off by the end of the season from whatever we end up with. If we have somebody else available to come in who is good enough and hungry enough, I think we should cash in. One of the main selling points of ICT as a destination for young players from England is the opportunity to be put in the shop window, if Billy gets a big money offer and we deny him the chance, then there could be question marks from the rest of the squad considering long term deals.
  17. this will be a predictable post to many lol. I don't think hes a million pound player at all, in Scottish terms you'd expect them to either by ultra clinical or very strong and quick, Billy is neither. He's intelligent and moves around aswell as anyone but he's had some really poor finishes in his time here that youd expect a top player to pounce on. Do any of you think Dennis Wyness in his prime was a million pound player? His movement was just as good as Billys for a couple of years, his finishing was better. I guess you could argue he had his best years in the 1st division but you could also argue the 1st divison of the day was a hell of alot stronger than it was when we last played there a couple of years ago. Is Billy better than Adam Rooney was?
  18. we really needed that, superb performance
  19. been watching this online, we couldve easily have been 2-0.
  20. For a club like ours, even half that would be too much to turn down. Anything below 300k should be ignored regardless of how McKay feels about it.
