  1. for now id go with rankin on the left, with the possibility of bringing on former supersub morgan later on and switching rankin into the middle. once we get everybody back to full fitness (ie keogh and/or hart) then we should try this.. rankin - keogh/hart - black - morgan yes rankins on the right! id have him cutting inside and swapping with hart for 90 minutes, have hastings and morgan switching aswell, confuse everybody (hopefully not the players themselves they should all be capable of handling any kind of system)
  2. whatever we do against falkirk we cant sit back and do our best on the break, sure thats what we tried first 75 minutes up in inverness and we went 2-0 down. we need to go on the offensive again, 4-3-3, fist them 3-2 all over again :022: as for st mirren,i dont really care!
  3. not registered with the official website, any chance you could just post the changes here as im planning on just turning up at the ground
  4. You mean you'll have plenty to say if we lose our next two games? if we lose our next two games then why the **** shouldnt i :015:
  5. you know my problem is that i think too many of you belive that relegation is impossible, like canary saying we're in it for the long haul, what right do ict fans have to make statements like that?
  6. you shouldnt have a go at fans who have knee jerk reactions to bad results and then do exactly the same thing yourself when we get a good one
  7. we looked good on tv and rankins goal was weird! i think we finally looked like a team who realised we're close to getting relegated and had somethign to play for, about bloody time! :022:
  8. mackies stats are as follows... league and cup games/goals ratio 156/50 Dargo.. 211/79 on that basis dargos statistically a better striker but i think when you take into account the players current form and age (mackies 4 years younger), then a move for mackie would probably be an excellent step for us. hes defintley matured since he was last with us. if i was bennet id be all over the deal, get them to take wyness back aswell if they want
  9. avoid foxes at all costs, its probably the worst bar in inverness after the lochiel, infact the lochiel will probably be better craic on hogmanay then jf's
  10. id like to know what parkies experience has been when working at a club that appears to be freefalling. from what i hear the players hink hes a good coach and they give him ace respect for workrate but maybe not so much as a leader.. which is what i think sandys talking about and probably what we need. mcleish would be ideal, but he wouldnt go for it. ever.
  11. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VB4G4PLleUM that music was crazy

  16. yeah sorry daveydisco i actually figured it out about 3 seconds after posting any plans for honmagay
  17. you should know him! whose your mental friend?
  18. ...suppose i have memories of inverness from a snotty nosed kids perspective that you guys wouldve experienced as adults, which would make them different. the railway bridge falling down or the carse being redeveloped were events that at the time i could never get my head round, even the changes that have gone on along anderson street at the time seemed earth shattering. was a crazy world for an 8 year old i always thought the bon accord warehouse at the end of maclennan crescent was the biggest place in the world, which it wasnt for me even then!
  19. guess i must be the youngest person on this thread now but just wanted to say that i actually remember massive games of rounders both down the ferry and in dalneigh from when i was young(er), last ones mustve been about 1993ish. yes i lived in both areas :017: apart from that ive no seriously old school memories to compete with you minkers efforts, ill just say that pretty much everything youve talked about doing while you were growing up was done by my generation aswell.
  20. i remember earlier this year you could see the inside of la scala's south wall from struthers lane, which always made me laugh. its gone for good now
  21. id say i was more of a justin timberlake or brad pitt so im out
  22. ive got a 3 month old baby girl on my lap :010:
  23. Brown Roscoe - Dods - Munro - Hastings Wilson - Black - Keogh - Morgan Bayne - Dargo and a guy on the touchline who can get a message accross, parkie and charlie are far too timid its crazy morgan hasnt been involved more, he scored goals last year a and set as many up with just a few appearances, probably more of both than macbain will get in a season. black drops back and lets keoghs go forward (remember him anybody? remember we actually signed him as a striker 200 years ago? if we have to be gash and get relegated then we should at least get a former fans favorite involved. think we owe it to him actually as he had massive amounts of potential and was touted as our most likely scotland cap when we first got promoted, just to then rot on the bench while duncan ran up hundreds of appearances) , both can make a challenge and gives everybody else a real core to build from. bayne rattles them and is a better finisher than hes given credit for, only forward who isnt toothless or seemingly intimidated by opposition defences, must start. any changes made through the game must involve richie hart either going up front or in the middle as the likes of duncan, wyness or macbain are anything but impact players ive no idea, maybe we just need a bit of drive from somewhere, we dont even need to win the game in my opinion, we just need to get the heads up and a bit of dig in our play. eventually the obvious talent and skills of the squad will start to come through once we start getitng more of the ball, as they did in the past. theres a world of difference between how a player reacts when he collects the ball in different situations when his heads down (as ours are). from a throw in or simple pass he feels under pressure, either takes the easiest or quickest option and it only increases the pressure for next time if he f##ks up. if the same player puts in a strong challenge and the ball breaks to him he isnt worried what happens next and is a **** of alot less nervous, seeing as the defensive jobs done. this can rub onto team mates and who knows maybe even the boss i think itll take 2 posts before somebody tells me im talking sh#te about keogh being included in the squad ahead of duncan, but you could replace what i said there with hart, hes just as strong in a challenge.
