i spoke to some policemen after the pars game and they said that we were doing nothing wrong but they had to carry out orders by th club. i dont think they know themselves what to do in that situation :007:

i only missed 1 home game in all competitions this year n that was against falkirk in th league 1-1. never made it to any away games this season which is pretty poor :007:

sloop john B was sung by pretty much everyone in th singing section on saturday. it was th most sung song on th day and i think we made quite abit of noise when singing it. also everyone knew th wrds which is a major factor when it comes to us n songs :016: i personally would go for it and see how it went for afew games. if it still had th same popularity after a month or 2 we should defo consider it.

yee that would probably the wisest option but i really can't see th club building a roof because it would cost money. and we all know wat this club is like when it has to pay money for th stadium. an unfinished main stand and tin shed stands behind th goals

ye ok fair point there. but then could we not argue that hillsborough tragedy was due to police mistakes, barriers and people without tickets gettin in. it was not the fault of terracing.

what about th bradford fire? that was in a seating stand and in some grounds your still allowed to smoke. that sort of thing could easily happen again! th tragedies of hillsborough were not th fault of terracing or rowdy fans but because of th police opening th gates and letting everybody in, ticket or no ticket. i think we could bring bak safe standing areas if we were able to get th support of other clubs aswell. particularly the OLD FIRM!!

i agree with everything that macbandy has said apart from th putting it in section F of th main stand. i think if we want to be somewhere where we would be allowed to stand it would have to be out of th way from the other/majority of fans. i.e. like where we were on saturday. but section A is kinda useless cause we did get drenched and a roof would amplify th noise. i would suggest sections A, B or C of th north stand as a potential singing section because not many people usually sit there and so we won't be annoying th people who would prefer 2 sit.

your very correct there! there is already some clubs down in england who are trying to bring bak standing areas i.e. liverpool have th R.T.K. (reclaim th kop) organistion who are trying to get standing areas in th kop or anwhere in the stadium. i think we need to focus on trying to get a standing/singing section where it would be out of everybodies way like section A of th main stand or sections A, B or C in th north stand. hardly anyone ever sits in sections A, B and C of the north stand!! how and what does people feel about that??

i was bangin th big white drum th day :001: n i was appauled at seein 4 or 5 of ma mates bein chucked out :008: charlie and th club have been dyin for abit o atmosphere at caley 4 ages. we finally gave it to them n mike smith which i must add gave th go ahead 4 th singin section then decides to tell th stewards to chuck us out cz we were standin. mike smith is a complete FOOL if he thought there would be a singin section and we wouldnt stand up. i also want to say how i spoke to a policeman at the end of th game and he stated he didnt see wat all th fuss was, because we weren't being violent and we weren't misbehaving and we weren't in anybodies way. i conclude by saying this is typical bad management from th top! they don't give a toss about us fans who are the bread and butter of the club!! but on a plus note today was FANTASTIC!! it really was. i dont think ive heard that sort of atmosphere at caley park for a long time. lets all get together and try and push for a permanent singing section. :021:

what a complete tool all i was doing was telling it from a different point of view i strongly beleive that celtic fans are some of the worst in the country (on one occasion i was chased by celtic fans that were throwing bottles of ****e at me) but its spanners like you that jump on the back of people because of poor reputations

my cousin is a cowden fan and he said 2 me how he would be devastated if buchanan left shortly after marcus. he also stated how buchannan is a much better player than marcus and we all know how well marcus has adapted to playing in the SPL. i think we should go for it and get him! i have also gone to see morton play afew times this season and i pretty sure afew of their players are up to playing in th SPL. especially paul magowan and bobby linn
