Looking like the squad is shaping up well with a good balance of positions. I felt we took a step back last season with new recruits early on, now it looks like a step forward to compliment our current team.

He was a sub and came on for 20-30 mins. I watched the match on tv whilst on holiday. Yes your right it's debatable if he played any football He didn't get many chances for the time he came on for. -

All figures are guesstimates. You would have to know the exact figure being allocated to the tournament know what category of payment every single player was in and duration in tournament. It has probably gone up a smidge with big earning players going out early though and the exchange rate but clubs get what they get. If it was £50k it would be a welcome boost. If it was £25M we still wouldn't see much change on the park so the answer is probably irrelevant.

Is that the player with the good pedigree who's on trial because he wants to play for us? I would recommend going to a Q&As session at the club as you pick up on quite a lot and I'm sure they would be glad to see some new faces there for the next one.

A good Q&As session with a good balance of attendees. You can sense the passion and commitment from not only the manager but from the backroom staff moving the youth development and club forward. Heres to the next season.

Togetherness won tonight and wearing a lucky blue top similar to our Cup winning design helped.

A wealthy club would double up on positions and more. Must be hard to keep a happy dressing room if half the squad don't even make the bench. Your right 15 would be a bit too cavalier, but would rather have 3 extra players with potential than 6 duffer's. Also have 3 youngsters joining the ranks.

Those 15 include. 1 goalie who won the Scottish cup,1 goalie at the Euros, our strongest back 4 with Tansey and Drapes in front, a winger on each side, 2 strikers with Polworth and Vigurs behind and a back up winger/ defender. Looks like an effective 15 instead of an ineffective 25, with the promise of more and youngsters stepping up to the plate. Glad I renewed my season ticket.

Our fans are the real pride of the Highlands so it might be a good idea to have it on the fans shirts for a change. And it gives JD Sports the chance to sell a whole load of tracksuits, jackets and polo shirts all over again.
