Just a theory but what is the maximum range on these WiFi extenders that you plug in to a socket. Just wondering if it's possible to experiment with say New Century House. Plug it into a socket pick the same phase at the stadium. It would be interesting to find out if it works and if it increases speed. The cable linking the distribution boards at each premises would certainly be heavy enough providing they are linked up.

It may work best being semi autonomous for now by issuing cards, fobs or payment keys for Season Ticket holders it's then simply a logged form of access into the stadium.
