Thre were quite a few stuck inside, a heard a man with an ICT hat on seemed to have a key but had no idea how the gates locked themselves. If you park in a private carpark which requests money to park there, the parking company has no right to wheel clamp your car or impound your vehicle by detaining it in the car park by means of a locked gate etc. If they do they are breaking the law. By parking in a private carpark you enter a contract acording to the t&cs on their notice board. that still does not give them the right to detain your vehicle. Just because you own a bit of land it doesnt give you the right to impound a vehicle that parks there. If someone parked in front of the gates and staff couldnt leave then they have a right to phone the police to have the car removed. Its exactly the same the other way round, if a member of the public parked there and a member of staff locked them in they have the same right too. If they get upset with people using their empty carpark during a match the best thing to to would be to lock it before the game. What I dont like is people playing stupid games, what makes it worse is when they dont even know the rules.

If you dont want cars to park in your car park then keep your gates locked at all times. Whether you own the car park or not, It is illegal to impound a vehicle, if you impound a vehicle or in this case several vehicles you are breaking the law, be warned.

There will be no flags surfed during the match. Fags are allowed in and can be on display but cant obstruct and advertising boards. Flags can not be displayed as to obstruct view, ie hung from the upper section, Flags on sticks will not be permitted, although children with small flags should be ok. I know Im stating the obvious but flags wont be allowed in that cause offense.

I couldnt get into my old paypal account either as I usually just pay by credit card when buying online, I just opened up a new one. Took me 5 mins.

I realy worry for the guys running our sport, if they dont even have the sense to give one set of fans seats behind the goal then I wouldnt even trust them with a tin opener unsupervised.

Just to speed things up a litte, any pereference for the flag, the new flags cant be added to the old poll as votes have already been entered, so can you please state which one you preffer. It would be good to get this organised asap so we can get things moving.

Hi scotty just took a lower quality picture. Like I said I was looking more for composition than detail Ignore the circle where the letters should be. The CJT circle would be sized to suit the CTO eagles head

Ive made a quick sketch, took a picture of it but am having problems downloading, The Eagle will need to be redone anyway due to the magnification and the flag also cropped to suit the 10;7 ratio. I have turned the flag 90 degs, Inverness at the top, ICT crest below, the eagle has wider wings. It going places, the sharp talons would be griping a circular ring of steel, the thistle would have a thicker stem to symbolise strength. Caley then Thistle below. The CTO logo eagles head is bottom at the left, the 'pride of the highlands' would be centred and the CJT logo would be opposite to balance the size and distance from the eagles head on the CTO Logo. Vertical bold stripes to be added. The flag would be similar ish to a Roman Army banner, so was also thinking about making it look like it is hung from a golden pole. Its only a rough sketch at this stage, I wanted to work out the composition of the flag as opposed to detail, just in case people would rather to go with the traditional every one has got that type of flag. We wont have many chances to design a flag so lets make a good one.
