  1. What were the attendance figures for our Scottish cup games, it would be great to smash that record and I think we will.
  2. Us fans have a great opportunity to use the United match as a dress rehersal, to have a bit of fun and practice cheering on the team, so I would really like to hear some singing from all areas of the stands on Sunday and show the team what a good support they have. Just like at the final its up to you to take ownership and start some singing. I think this will also be our first home game 20 years on from when our two Highland clubs joined forces, so how about making this weekend a wear your colours weekend starting tomorrow and turn out in good numbers for the quarter final, its only £10 per adult and £5 for children.
  3. http://www.highland-news.co.uk/News/Key-Inverness-landmarks-to-be-illuminated-to-support-Caley-Thistles-League-Cup-Final-achievement-05032014.htm We could do with a bit more red though than what the story suggests.
  4. I make that 10, oops I mean 11
  5. What songs do you want to be put on an A4 sheet to be handed out on the Buses and Trains. It will also be available to download and print if your driving down. If there are too many to fit we could do a poll. Your not famous any more Bridge and a castle Give me a C Oh to be a Jaggie Inverness repeated x12 Caledonia Ho Hey cut down a bit to the last half (if popular enough) Red and Blue Elvis song OH Caley jags, the boys in blue any more? and dont be sad enough to start adding hymns lol.
  6. How about the 3-2 win one evening, we were out numbered probably 100:1 and still did the team proud.
  7. Just like the Hearts match more cash for the pot Dougal.
  8. By the way the above post isnt a dig as some people have done a great job organising so much in such a short space of time but helping the ICT catchment areas would have been the icing on the cake. I bet the Aberdeen Red and Blues could have filled a bus easy if there were any available.
  9. I was actually hoping that buses may have been arranged for the North, Moray, Grantown/Aviemore, and West of Loch Ness via Fort William. So If you have any bus contacts in that area it would be great to share the info. It would be good to get people from those areas talking to each other, things may even get organised on the back of it for local matches.
  10. County covered in sh1te for every game who's brave enough to tackle them. I'm starting to find it funny that we are disagreeing over the sponsors and no one has a clue
  11. I think that we will be celebrating a top 6 finish the evening before our cup final. If not we will be on the verge of shutting the gate on one of the 2 teams below
  12. I dont really see why HIAL would want to sponsor a football team. Or how they would increase their revenue from it. Will it encourage more charter flights to use the airport. However Diageo have a huge processing plant near Kinloss, have numerous distilleries in the local area and will be creating the largest distillery in Europe near Alness. I would say sponsoring a fresh pure football club from the Highlands strengthens their Global romantic Whisky image to their customers worldwide.
  13. Fancy claiming this one then. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zvCBSSwgtg4
  14. I know a song that's easy to shout. Good lyrics, short verses and has over 100M hits on you tube so its popular.A few word changes and Im thinking its a good un, I'm hoping we can make it our own, will post it tomorrow night
  15. It grows on you. I would say its better to listen to it a few times over the day then give an opinion. Good lyrics and a catchy tune. The caley bit may drag on a bit sung at a match though.
  16. We are still in a cup final, a quarter final and they aren't.
  17. No point harping on about the defeat, just take it on the chin and move on, no matter what games are coming up.
  18. Whats the difference between a business giving away ie £200 to go towards a bus and a bus co reducing £200 from the bill to help the local community.
  19. There you go Scotty! Rather than pour £1.75M into regenerating the top of Academy St as recently reported, how about just blitzing the lot and build a new stadium there instead. There would probably be a campaign to keep the Phoenix - but on the other hand maybe not since last time I was in there (looking for someone who had fortunately left) the whole place stank of p!ss and there wasn't even a barman behind the bar. Really sorry about the smell of p1ss charles I popped in there bursting for a pee couldn't make it to the bogs but your jacket pocked came in really handy. The barman went away to get you some cloths but you had left by the time he came back.
  20. How about the bus companies coming forward and saying that they will discount as opposed to making a killing out of other peoples kindness
  21. Great to hear of fans doing that extra bit for the city and club. I thinking we could all do a little bit more. Whether its speaking to your boss and seeing how they can promote the club to getting a few more along to any games and its only £5 for a child for the quarter finals in a weeks time Its us to us to be flying the flag for ICT.
  22. Donald Trump, he has a Highland connection and he must be getting really sick of Aberdonians by now.
  23. Now Diageo would be interesting, they have an abundance of cash, are investing heavily in the Highlands and Moray and would give global exposure.
  24. http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=f3YQGQykLXA Just saw this on e-ticketing. Bring on the Celtic, United, Hibs, the Dons and anyone else whos up for it.
  25. Couldnt decide so went for half union jack/ half green stripes as it was cheaper. lol All will be revealed in good time.
