  1. Read opening post on cjt semi final update
  2. I see the Hearts v St Mirren match is on BBC Alba.
  3. Enjoy the build up and enjoy the day. The team has done a lot to get this far, enjoy that fact, our wee club with a big team are in a semi final 2 years in a row. Well done ICT, its now up to you if you want to go that step further.
  4. Ive heard of Movember, Beards for Bairns and I know some women who are collecting for Fanuary but not sure what that entails.
  5. What will be will be. We could have been playing a Hearts team in all their glory in their high spending days and doing well in the league but will probably be playing a knackered young team who got kicked around the park by Jim Goodwin and his pals a few nights prior. I wouldn't be surprised if they try something dodgy though.
  6. As I recall if you looked at Rooneys stats most of his goals were scored against the bottom club then reduced in goals as you went further up the league, only 1 top six goal and that was during a 4-0 win over united. Where as Billy Mackay scores when he wants. 425K
  7. Good move, lets the player focus on his club and gets rid of any ifs buts and maybes. If he is reluctantly sold we have time to replace and saves weeks of mind games then the window shuts. I doubt he will be going anywhere, so lets him concentrate on his football.
  8. I would encourage anyone who is still swithering to go and book. Its a great deal especially for youngsters. I look back with fond memories to our Scottish cup giant killing days, the camaraderie, the togetherness of our fans en masse and the belief that our team can take on anyone and win. Be part of the ICT bus convoy and be part of a good day out.
  9. I think the board are doing a pretty good job balancing the books as it is, even if they got 1M handed to them, I very much doubt it would be blown on wages, even being high up the table didn't draw in a bigger crowd and increase profits. In the long term our team getting us to a cup final or even winning a cup final will probably have a higher long term value than a short term 1M. If I struck it rich I would probably want to spend it on improved facilities for the team and fans than wages and probably set up a trust fund like the late Eddie Thompson did for DDU. I also wished that he could have seen his club win their cup final before he passed away.
  10. Nicky, Nicky Ross Nicky, Nicky Ross. unless your the guy at the County match Nicky Ross, Nicky Nicky Ross.
  11. A run of defeats including a terrible game against county. Sunday was a huge improvement of late and I'm happy to take all the positives from the game, 4 potential strikers, 2 gutsy midfielders who also like to test the keeper with power and a respected back 4, bring on the D***s, Ooops I seem to have given them 3 stars instead of 2
  12. Huge improvement today, great fighting spirit and a good team selection, even the subs showed promise, the boys are back in town. On that performance Aberdeen are catchable.
  13. If you have a personality disorder like me and enjoy shouting all the time ask to go in the siging section, if like me your not one of the special ones you will be put below the singing section, if you are offered a seat too low down from the singing section keep an eye on the online seats and buy when they are free at the top of a new block, you will have to start your own chants, its not a problem though is it, the siging section is for the special ones, the lullaby section is just below this if you get stuck below that the din goes right over your head whilst those behind sing a lullaby. Hope this helps.
  14. Well done for taking it that step further, I hope its heavily supported by our youth at such cheap prices, should be a good talking point in school too. Ps what's davies email address for CJT
  15. The song isn't to everyones taste but before this forum pushes another fan out the door, just wanted to say well done for trying and I hope your wearing your ICT hat in this cold weather whilst doing your rounds in the mobile library van.
  16. I nice positive summary and the good thing is we still have all the players who have put us where we are now
  17. Probably a blessing in disguise, on paper our 2 games in hand could take us to a point behind Motherwell.
  18. I held back from posting after the county match. Whether I like it or not Butcher is long gone, we have a new manager and its going to take a wee bit of time to settle. However this great team of ours is going to have to take a wee bit of responsibility, I've seen it all before, vimcent plays and all of a sudden the team steps up a gear, talk counting sheep I struggled to count all 11 of our players on and off the ball. He gets injured and the panic sets in. I thought shinnie showed the greatest desire to get the ball in the back of the net in the last game. We don't have good players we have great players. Look amongst yourselves talk about what you like about yur team mates. Respect the ball, try and impress the ball, show it how good you can be with it. Love the ball. Be responsible for the ball and if you haven't got it shout for it.
  19. It used to be clearly seen from the main stand, in front of the Family section but havnt seen it since the Perth Pr1ck got involved. where is it displayed now.
  20. Where is Mickies flag ? Does anyone actually know?
  21. Staff in a private car park shouldn't be misled to think that they are within their rights to apply stickers to cars, unless the driver has been notified that this may happen.
  22. where is mikeys flag of late? its been below the family section for most of the season
  23. Im looking forward to doran hitting form, he's probably the fastest player on the pitch if he took route 1 at speed he's either going to be 1 on 1 with the keeper or creating space for mackay to score. I bet he could utilise a chip and charge far better than tim henman ever could
