Dear Mr Cameron,
Dear Mr Cameron What on God's green earth were you and the rest of the board thinking? Next time just keep quiet, will ya? Look at the damage your naive and poorly-timed statement has done. Sincerely Concerned of Chingford

Dear Mr Cameron,
Well said, Alex.

There's only so much of this kind of drivel that fans can take from the morons running the game in this country before they say "screw this for a game of soldiers!" and go looking for an alternative. I for one am more than halfway there already. This whole thing stinks of corruption and bullying. I'm glad at least Alex Thomson is telling it like it is.

Ian Black
I think it's sad what's happened to him. A few years ago his future looked very bright, he was (and probably still is) a talented player and if things had worked out better he could have gone on to much better things. But partly because he's his own worst enemy and partly because Hearts are in such a mess he's on a bit of a downward spiral. I hope he can get things sorted out, but Newco FC probably isn't the place for that!

Craig Burley's not the sharpest tool in the box. Neither are the editorial staff of the Daily Ranger. However, they're all worthy of Mensa membership compared to the idiots who are supposed to be in charge of Scottish football and who have let it get in such a mess. I wonder if Neil Doncaster's brain cell ever gets lonely?

SPL Neil Doncaster Warning
These statements from people like Doncaster are all rhetoric from people with their own agendas and vested interests and who think that threats and lies will get them their own way. Whereas I find the Raith and Stranraer statements heartening, everything that's come from Doncaster and his mates just goes to show how corrupt the game is in Scotland. It's long past time to clear out this stinking Augean stables and make a fresh start. I just hope the people making the decisions have the guts to do it.

LETS ALL LAUGH AT COUNTY
Oh goody, a flame war What is life if we can't laugh at County every now and again? I mean, c'mon, it's County!

Journeymen, Mercenaries and Prostitutes
I've been concerned for a long time now about how uninspiring our signings have been in the last couple of years, and about the high rate of player turnover. How are we supposed to build any kind of stability and consistency when at least half the first team is being replaced every year? It's also been noted that the team has lost its identity, and I think this is true. As someone who now lives down south and doesn't get to a lot of games, I'm not very familiar with any of our players any more - I think the only one I'd actually recognise on the street is Ryan Esson, and this makes me a little sad. It doesn't feel like "my" team any more, and it definitely doesn't have the same strong identity that it used to, which is a real shame. I don't know what the solution is, but I would certainly like to see more stability and more home-grown players, instead of a bunch of anonymous journeymen.

Sporting Integrity
I think it's pretty clear that there really is no such thing any more as "sporting integrity". If there was, fan disillusionment would not be a problem, and Scottish football would be much healthier.
