Well, that almost feels like a win. Like many others I had written us off shortly after h/t so I am delighted to see that we showed guts and got back into the game. Well done lads.

Terrific win, especially as we had to save a penalty to achieve it. Should bolster our confidence nicely. Well done lads.

Scott Boden scored for Gateshead in the FA cup today. The match was live on BBC. I think that's about 6 he's got for them this season. Rooney, Fisher, Boden and Mckay all finding the net regularly. We need one of our current lads to do the same.
I noticed that the match was on BBC Red Button just after half time, and had a look. Boden was subbed about five minutes after I started watching. I think that was his 5th goal for Gateshead. He also scored a couple for Wrexham earlier in the year.

Filipe Morais scored his second goal of the season v Newport today in League Two. Both goals have been penalties.
Third, in fact, since joining Crawley Town recently.

Same old. Not promotion form despite maintaining unbeaten league record. Hugely disappointing.

I just discovered that I still have my programme from the first leg match (at the Longman) on 16 Jul 2015. I don't collect programmes so if anyone wants it, drop me a PM with name/address. I don't want anything for it. If anyone wants it they can drop a pound or so in a charity box sometime. Although in good condition I did annotate the teams list to reflect our starting X1 and subs on the night. For instance, Fon Williams, who played in goal wasn't included in the team list as published.

Im sure everyone including Mrs Crook is working their socks off it would just be nice if they told us about their achievements sometimes. Mrs Crook has been fairly invisible to most supporters since she took up her post. A football club is totally different to most other businesses in that a lot of us invest a lot of time and energy in supporting our team. There are some like CM in Berks that just like to turn up watch and go home but there are a large proportion of fans (Id like to suggest) who do value engagement by those that run the club. Information, events etc do seem thin on the ground to me and it doesnt cost anything to improve communication and make interested fans seem valued.
With regard to your last point I did email the chairman last season and did receive a reply and my concern was addressed. It might be good if the club advertised an email that fans could use to communicate with the club. My guess is that most wouldnt have a clue how best to contact Mr Rae or Mrs Crook et al at the moment. Just a suggestion.
Thanks for singling me out OCG. Perhaps if you lived 500 miles or more away from Inverness, your involvement on a day to day basis might not be as great as it is either. It doesn't make us 'bad ' supporters, and some of us, including me, have made sizeable investments in ICT via share purchases in the past, as a way of helping the club out. So don't knock the 'long distance' supporters. I suggest we need all we can get through the gates, even if, for me, only a few times a year.

Seriously, a lack of communication from the board is leading to a 1000 missed fans every week!. That, in my opinion is nonsense and there are many reasons for this, one of the biggest seems to be the lack of interest in their local football team by the good people of Inverness. This has been the case for many seasons and I wish I knew the reason why.
As for communication from the board, I think some people want communication for communications sake. If there is nothing to say from the board then don't say anything as there are plenty posters on here who will criticise any message from the board whether good or bad news. This is however where CJT can play a big part in improving lines of communication between fans and the board. Is there any update from CJT?.
The most sensible post on this thread by a long way. Some folk just seem more obsessed with off field matters than what happens on the pitch

Walsh just looks like a player who's been adapting to his new team mates and Robbo's tactics. He is improving each time I've seen him play and creating opportunities for others and himself with his runs and crosses, but just needs to find that composure in front of goal. I look forward to when it finally clicks for him which I don't think is too far off.
First time I've seen him live. Indeed the first ICT game I've seen live in several months. Totally agree with Snafu. He looked great in first half and I feel he can only get better with regular matches.

Brilliant. As RIG said, there are many things the club/Board has done, or not done, which have not pleased all the supporters. However, this gesture to the lonely, or elderly, or less well off should be applauded. Well done to the Board for a sincere and appropriate initiative for which they should receive enormous credit. I hope that the day proves to be a tremendous success, and enjoyed by all who participate, both guests and ICT staff.
