  1. SFA Appeals Process

    1. Charge a fee, thereby discouraging appeals.

    2. Does player play for Old Firm? If not, dismiss appeal out of hand.

    3. Is is a blatant red card? If not, uphold the appeal and toss a coin. Heads = reduce to yellow card, Tails = rescind completely.

    4. Schedule hearing so that player in questions is availalable for any important match. After hearing, toss a coin. Heads = reduce to yellow card, Tails = rescind completely.

  2. Does anyone know how many players we have had sent off this season, compared to how many opposing players have been sent off when playing us?

    We have had 6 issued:

    Draper v/s County

    Warren v/s Hearts

    Meekings vs Hearts (Rescinded)

    Tansey v/s Dundee U

    Watkins v/s Dundee U

    Meekings v/s St Mirren

Will have a trawl to see how many have been issued to opposition

  3. A game we could have won, but were lucky not to lose.

Completely failed to adapt to St Mirren putting Goodwin into midfield. I guess we must have been sort of midfielders to put up against him. Before that we looked in control.and the more likely team to score.

And Collum. How many games is this trumpet going to be allowed to ruin? Haven't seen the replay of Meeking's red card yet, so not going to comment. But what about the St Mirren player diving in at the touchline. On the basis of the Utd cup tie that should surely have been a red card - or do those standards only apply to us?

  4.

After all the excitement of tonight, just a reminder that the Under 20s are at 'Home' tomorrow at Highland Football Academy pitch behind the GES.

    GES? Gypsy Entertainment Space?

  5. Would be interesting to see how our gates fair if County were relegated. They are such a big club and all that. http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/26722861

"For me, the first thing is to help Ross County stay in the Premiership," the 22-year-old told BBC Scotland.

"This is a very big club. If I do well at Ross County, maybe I'll get the ticket to the World Cup."

"This is a very big club and I think they've been unlucky in the first half of the season," he said.

"In the last few years, Ross County have improved every year and I think they're going to be regularly in the top six of this league."

I assume Adams is prayimg that this guy is not drug-tested any time soon. Even IHE at his stamp-licking best wouldn't come out with that guff.

  6. Should Hughes be sacked? No.

Coming at it from a different angle, though: If, back in November, a time traveller had handed Kenny Cameron a bit of paper showing the results that would arise between December and March if we appointed Hughes, would he still have got the job?

Yes, but Kenny would have asked for the opposition line-ups for these game, and Yogi would have adjusted his teams accordingly. The corresponding tear in the space-time continuum would lead to armageddon, at which point Regan and Doncaster call a press conference and say "We told you so!"

  7.

He'll retain my support until the chairman and board decide they want change.

Not sure I agree with this. Fans will make their mind up on a purely footballing/results basis. The board will take financial matter into account too. I would expect the average fan to get disgruntled before the board do more often than not.

I don't think we are at pitch-fork sharpening time yet, though.
