Meeting with the Chairman 30th Aug
50/50 draws to be electronic as well as walk up. Subscription with number of lines as per lottery. That way the club generates money home and away and the ticket sellers are dealing with less cash . Alter prizes to include a caley unique items from that game. A signed program with comments from team or manager for away games as well. Costs little builds connection. Mom shirt signed instead of ball sometimes. Ball signed by goalscorer with times date of goals etc. Use the uniqueness of the prize to drive appeal and subscription if always a ball people get tired.

Video footage and analysis
Dont want to be grateful for highlights we know footage is taken and we need a team to edit. Can that team not come from here. I am sure a certain canadian supporter would like to watch the whole game and help trim it and with other people supporting i am sure we could produce something decent from it.

7 Wins In Our Last 41 League Games
I think the players that have come in are mixed. Seedorf calder trafford oakley better than the stopgaps last year. Chalmers ridgers baird undecided Elsdon currently a bombscare.

Realistic points after 8 games
Ok i think/ hope we will perform like this, Win qos, dumbarton, brechin, One point from stmirren and livi to give 11 points. Any better results shows team gelling better than expected. Less and we are in a different fight. Livi is now the key game for me as a team in form with lots of goals can we hold strong and compete? Think st mirren away is a game to far and too early for current team. Any points there big bonus.

Chalmers
Not given my view on the morton game although it was one more point than i expected at this time but did want to comment on chalmers. A lot of people praised him for being a lot better as part of back 3 and i think that is fair but the biggest difference for me was pace. There was two incidents where he kept up and tracked quotonga? At least a yard and a half faster than when he played in the preseason. Comms from warren kept him correct and he seemed tactically comfortable. His distribution was better with two wild passes but otherwise good. Just wondering if any one knows where he parked the caravan he was towing in previous games. Huge improvement and interested if others see the change in pace. Something to watch in future games.

Video footage and analysis
Is there any reason we can only get to see the goals on the tv coverage? Is it contractual or just a time and resources issue. When you think about the players we are buying and their ambition and hopes would it not be a big bonus to them to have good quality footage to show off later. I would like to be able to analyse the tactics movement and touches etc from the footage. Maybe pull together focus footage of each player to show off good and bad points and help balance some of the more acerbic views. Do we have access to all the stats collected by duncan shearer during the match. Surely in the digital age video editing could be done by a small team from here based anywhere the submitted to club for approval . Even at a subscription cost the value for the players and team profile would be value add. Any hope of justice and repatriation for the caleyd? Can you give any advice on this?

Transfer in and outs
Sorry i thought he had been coaching the u20 etc before he became manager.

Transfer in and outs
Remember the youth team was managed by ritchie before he got the full job. If he can take tough winning professionals and turn them into frustrated and confused losers how do you think the kids coped. It would probably take them a while to recover. It will take three years to rebuild the youth crop but we now have a manager who has spent the last few years at a very successful youth academy. They will come back and with john they will be encouraged and they will build into the team. Unfortunately we lost the youth players from last two years due to the management. Look at the current subs bench and see the kids are trusted and will come.

7 Wins In Our Last 41 League Games
As per other post wait for 8 league games under robertson. That will tell us how we are actually doing and indicate what is possible for the rest of the season. The draw with morton was the start but brechin and qos become the real places wins required to get our points tally ticking over.

Inverness CT -V- Morton
Everyone has such short memories we slated fisher on here for a long time until he got his streak. We need to give all our new players a chance. I think oakley has been great at linking and holding up play and defending from the front. Biggest issue with the front three yesterday was poor supply in the 18 yard box caused by v poor decision making. They all went to the same positions to did not commit to attack the ball. One notable example was when bell took ball down right and whipped a ball between back pedalling defenders and goalkeeper but polworth had stopped on penalty box waiting for a pass. The gel between the team is not there and the commitment to gamble on your teammate and attack space is not consistent yet.

Team for Morton
Ridgers Raven Warren mackay calder Vigurs Seedorf oakley mulreany Bell Foy Give the young ones a chance. Don't think Baird has delivered and Foy needs to develop so give him the chance. Think its too early for Trafford and polworth needs rested so drop oakley back I have been impressed with his control and distribution.

Team for Morton
Think Foy or bell could be good subs as attacking options. Don't agree with all the ridgers negative comments.
-
Transfer in and outs
I think ridgers has actually been ok from what i have seen . Think elsdon and chalmers are much more of an issue exposing him.
