  1. Yeh the boy "northstandrising" got blocked by official ict Twitter after understandably venting his frustration on a post, truth hurts
  2. Raven apparently is a doubt for tomorrow... Calf injury
  3. I find it "laughable" that you chose to compose such a long winded and frankly arrogant response to what is MY opinion on the situation, without actually offering one of your own. None of us are close enough, or know enough about the dealings at higher level at the club to know exactly what is going on, and sometimes we have to go on the information available to us, and our own personal experiences and feelings. I like many of the fans today am feeling extremely frustrated, angry and saddened by recent events, and offered MY opinion on the situation and how I feel about things. I am not telling it as facts and I'm not expecting everyone to agree with them, but I don't expect to have some sad little man belittle me and my comments without offering some degree of opinion himself
  4. Your absolutely right, hes not bomb proof and I don't think for a minute hes blameless in all this, however what I DO believe is that Foran whilst the manager, will have a relatively lesser input to the training drills and sessions midweek, which due to "experience" will fall largely at the feet of Rice and Kellacher. Now, albeit last season we were nowhere as bad as we seem to be this season, however we were still relatively uncreative and although we managed to at least string a pass together, we couldn't create anything in MF or upfront to lead to a goal. Who was the 2 coaches under Yogi,.....Rice and Kellacher! I believe the only reason we managed to get a run of wins and draws to drag us into 7th was Yogis attitude and the fear factor that's sadly lacking with Foran. I quite often pass by Fort George and see the players training with.....yes you guessed it, Rice and Kellacher. Foran is generally standing watching, now whether that is right or wrong I have no idea, but hes obviously letting his coach and assistant take the lead in training, probably due to his inexperience, and this I feel is where he is going wrong, as hes obviously not learning the correct way to do things, and the mistakes of last season are being repeated and accentuated by Forans inexperience. The amount of training injuries we pick up, also is a huge area of concern in my opinion and displays a worrying level of training quality He picks the team every week, so yes hes got to shoulder a lot of the blame, but I think if theres an area to target now, its the training area. We've got a pretty good team, stronger as of yesterday and we should not be where we are based on players, but as on Saturday the players look like they haven't seen each since the previous game and have no idea where each other are, something is far wrong from the training aspect
  5. I don't believe the faults lie with Richie, I firmly believe the issue lies with Brian Rice and Scot Kellacher, I say get rid of them both and bring in new fresh coaches with fresh ideas, to work WITH Richie.....but the problem is the club cant afford to do this, and simply wont so theres no point in talking about it. If we go down we go down with the rats on board
  6. He wasn't the worst and wish him all the very best, he just never looked like fitting in here
  7. Breaking news Doumbouya has left the club!
  8. Billy has signed....official!!! :D:D
  9. Looks like we're being linked with a loan deal until end of season for Celtic youngster Jamie McCart https://www.thescottishsun.co.uk/sport/football/512109/january-transfer-deadline-day-latest-celtic-rangers-aberdeen-hearts-and-hibs-news-and-rumours/
  10. This was kept quiet! Please let it be true!
  11. They were probably watching the game on Saturday prior to signing, and have now done a runner over the weekend
  12. I honestly can't believe I used holiday leave to get afternoon off work for that! I'm pretty used to standing watching boring disappointing drivel, but that today was on a different level. I may have nodded off but I don't remember one shot on or near target, and the amount of possession we held was alarming. Partick were crap but seemed to open us up with relative ease and I'm amazed we managed to hold onto that draw.
  13. That will be a massive signing if it comes off, this could only further boost our chances upfront and a partnership with Murray and Anier is a mouthwatering thought!
  14. Time to bow out the cup run and concentrate on staying up, go to Parkhead, get Rodgered, get 50% of the attendance and guaranteed TV revenue then come home and forget about expensive distracting and injury inducing cup ties and focus on avoiding relegation
  15. Possibly an everyday scene with the quines and loons
  16. Yeh well said about Boden, I truly believe that's his biggest problem he's got a terrible attitude and it's been so obvious to see, so many times even in pre game warm up he looked disinterested and huffy and it came across very strongly in an interview early on in the season, where he seemed very defensive and snappy at the questions he was being asked, that never tells the whole story but combined with the way he plays and reacts on the field suggests his general attitude does not fit with the club. I for one would love to see him come out and make an effort like his life depended on it, to create some sort of reprieve but I genuinely don't think his heart is in it and I truly hope foran can offload him before the end of his contract
  17. It was very much handbags at dawn in the Aldi car park when we passed, rather embarrassing for all concerned really
  18. Yes, it's a regular occurrence. Whatever it is their doing to the players at Fort George... It's not right. Our injury count at training compared to in game is ridiculous
  19. I listened to the whole thing, (after waiting what seemed an eternity on Sportsound listening to drivel about Rangers) and I was very impressed with Richies attitude and determination. He seems willing to accept that he may have made some wrong choices, not just with players but starting lineups, player postions etc. I like to think of the 2nd half of the season as a completely new chapter, and the feeling of starting again. Nothing we can do about the Top 6 at the moment, and as has been mentioned so many times, if we can somehow grind out a few results leading into Feb and other results go with us, we could be safely sitting in 10th or better and in a position to really start looking ahead to the rest of the season and making the best of it. It must start with a win this Sat, as I really believe that a loss against Elgin could be a huge confidence blow before the league campaign has even started.
  20. Really? Wonder why this was made hush hush? What was the lineup, usual first team or a mix?
  21. Bit of rumour about this morning linking O'Halloran with ICT, few clubs interested however so cant see it, however it made me wonder with just literally over a week until the first competitive game of the year I wonder if Richie will be keen to get players in prior to that (training week etc) or will he more patient and willing to focus on the Partick game instead
  22. Just an FYI ....I phoned the 0844 number at 12 to book my tickets and it ended up £25 for an adult and a child, which going by the prices advertised should have been £19, turns out they try to fleece you £3 plus P&P, I declined and phoned the TCS direct and ended up paying £20 altogether and will pick them up when I get back into town
