As i said previously IF Butcher wants the job i has to be on a fulltime basis, the club is his only concern, there cant really be a middle ground on it

As i have said all along, if Butcher wants it its a FULL TIME JOB, not a bloody hobby for someone. If he gets the job then it has to be his sole concern.

I have an awful feeling butcher will take us down. The damage has been done by Brewster, we need someone to come in, stabilise the club, get that togetherness that was always so strong at ICT back. Personally i dont think Butcher is the man, but if he gets the job i hope he completely proves me wrong.

McCall is never has been and i do not think will take us any further forward, Butcher is more interested in his Scotland job and his Setanta job. Its only my opinion but i do think this could be the most important managerial decision we will ever have to make, we are an SPL club and need to be looking at someone who is ambitious, forward thinking and determined. I do not think that either of those 2 fit the bill.

im totally against the Butcher appointment, dont think he has done very well anywhere, and there is the whole scotland thing, i dont think he would ever be 100% inverness orientated. its a nope from me.

Archie Knox maybe for me, Bomber Brown seems to be doing ok with Clyde be worth a shout, i seriously do not want it to be Butcher, i dont rate him at all, i dont think he is the man for the job. We need someone to take this role on FULLTIME , not be swanning off everytime there is an international game, no to Butcher from me. haha johnboy, edited to make you look silly

why all this talk of butcher ? the only time he has done anything is at muvverwell with a team he inherited, he has failed miserably everywhere else he has been , brentford anyone ?

Why would Black be anymore motivated ? he is offski, just another small legacy that brewster has left us

not pressley, we need a manager to get us out of the hole brewster and malkie have left us in, we need some experience, someone to hit teh ground running, pressley IMHO is not that man

Just goes to show that they are out of touch with whats really going on, Grassa should just shut his fecking mouth and do what he is supposed to do SORT OUT PLAYERS CONTRACTS ! maybe then we wouldnt be looking at losing our better players at the end of every season.

as i said on another thread, i reckon morais could be just the kind of player we have lacked, pace and ability to beat a man, he just needs a bit of confidence, get the crowd behind him, a bit of time to settle in and he could be a great signing

i personally reckon if we can get some confidence into morais he could be a bit of a player, we have really lacked a wide man that can take a player on since barry robson left, give the guy a chance, get behind him, see what having a crowd that supports him can do for him. you might be pleasantly suprised

Doesnt really tell us anythying we didnt already know, the man is clueless, oh and while we are bashing Brewster, how about a little Grassa bashing ? he is supposed to be our DoF, the man who ties up the contracts GTF ! doesnt seem to be he does a damn thing apart from maybe go partying ( choose my words carefully ) with brewster at a weekend. the club is a shambles. that is all
