  1. Heard something about a potential outcome being Hearts and Partick being punted right down the pyramid. Though, I doubt it would happen, as the pair of them would raise hell with CAS and UEFA
  2. Is this the first time a lack of a third stand has benefited us. Watch the behind closed doors games from the Layby on the A9.
  3. Was intending to get it and only open it when we next lift the Scottish Cup, but at 125 smackeroonies, it's a bit on the steep side (especially when it's being advertised as a "late father's day gift" as if anyone that desperate for a last minute gift at this stage would give up and hand over 125 quid for a bottle of whisky)
  4. One question I have about the whole thing is that since Hearts and Partick are going to court in an attempt to get their relegations overruled, if they're successful, would that mean there would be no promotion or relegation, or would it force through reconstruction?
  5. Football's back at Villa Park...and there's already been a goal-line howler. Keeper backsteps over the line, ball in hand, Goalline Assistance or VAR not called upon, and the refs watch apparently called it as a goal in the refs changing room at half time...
  6. Steven Mackay has summed it up quite well... https://www.pressandjournal.co.uk/fp/sport/football/highland-league/2265200/brora-manager-mackay-plays-down-comments-from-rovers-boss/ Also sent Albion a PM asking if the comments reflected the views of the club, because it's entirely unprofessional to vote no cos it's "too much of a trek" then say it's a "birthday relief" that the reconstruction talks got smothered. This is people's livelihoods we're talking about here, not only would the players be grown by playing professional football, but the village would severely benefit due to the inflow of all the fans from around the country.
  7. New news. Partick are off to court alongside Hertz no word on if Us, Stenny, Brora and Kelty will be appearing alongside them... https://ptfc.co.uk/ptfc-news/board-update-16th-june-2020/
  8. In other news, Us 1 - Everyone else in the Championship 0
  9. Saying that reminds me of the 2014-15 season, we were top of the league for ages. Forget when it was though that our form dropped...checking Wikipedia, looks like it was around Christmas and March/April our form dipped. Wonder why tbf...
  10. Think they've dumped a ton of high earners/class players because of relegation, so I think we're in with a shout of the title...
  11. Was referring to his previous stint in 2002-04, where he took us from mid table during the Pele era in the First Division to Promotion to the SPL. In those two seasons he was with us, he took us on back to back trips to Hampden and got us a Challenge Cup. The man knows what he's doing with the club, he's saved us before, and he can do it again, he's probably the best manager the club has ever had. Obviously Yogi is up there cos he took us to a League Cup final, a Scottish Cup title and Europe, but Robbo is better with working on a tight budget.
  12. What you on about "overrating him" mans gotten us to 3 Scottish Cup Semis in the 5 years he's been with us, all of which were with a First Division/Championship side. As well as finishing in (what would be) the playoff spots in 4 of those 5 seasons. Including 2 (potentially 3) Challenge Cups.
  13. Welp, see you all in Kirkcaldy next season, lads! https://www.dailyrecord.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/hearts-reconstruction-d-day-live-22192895.amp?__twitter_impression=true
  14. Basically shows that most clubs in Scottish Football are greedy, selfish bastarts and would rather further line their pockets than help others who's sides could be jeopardized by relegation. Reconstruction keeps it fair for everyone involved, and it's better than nothing at all...
  15. I mean Elgin more or less have the same issue, minus a dozen or so miles.
  16. Mitchell Curry just updated his fb profile pic to this. Making a return or am I over thinking things?
  17. Apparently County and 7 Championship sides are against reconstruction. And it feels like to everyone (for some reason) having a grudge against us. No reason for reconstruction not to take place, nobody goes down and everyone (should) be happy
  18. Haven't seen them in person, but the reviews for them on the site make it out they're pretty good quality.
  19. It'll definitely be a breath of fresh air for us. More income because of Two Champions League and Two Europa Conference spots, packed out home games against Rangers, Celtic, Aberdeen and C*unty. But I also think it won't be a straight up and back down season, because we're much better than the Accies, and this season, we've shown we can compete (and beat) mid table premiership sides. We can show we can fight, and hopefully, if we play our cards right, I think we can compete for mid table, or even Europa Conference within 5 or so years (assuming our coefficient stays as high as it is).
  20. Ladles and Jellyspoons the dream might not be dead yet... https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/amp/football/52999362?__twitter_impression=true
  21. Not entirely sure if it's what you're looking for, but replicas of the Sharp Away Kit that you've listed are available at this link. Apparently they're really good as well... https://dunnottar.scot/inverness-caley-thistle-away-2002-03/ As for the other shirts, you're going to have a stupidly tough time trying to find them, as they're either really rare, or nobody wants to give them up, but once in a blue moon you'll find a gem on eBay, like I did with the 1994 Home Kit. I'd also reccomend installing Depop on your phone, it's like eBay, but more focused on clothing, and you might find some Caley tops there.
  22. Don't think so. Like the Puma logo, looks like it's a heat transfer (and let's hope it's a higher quality transfer compared to the Carbrini ones, and doesn't start to peel and flake after the 5th or so run through the wash)
  23. No word of the kit on the Puma Online Store or retweets on their Twitter since the deal was announced. At this stage it seems like they're as useless with the kit as JD Sports were...for a big brand manufacturing deal, you would think it would come with at least some exposure...
  24. Aye. Going to be miffed if they try and say the Aberdeen and St Johnstone games were the big friendlies. Hope to see a significantly better friendlies line up when the football comes back, not a huge fan of Highland League teams every year (sure, it does tick them off the groundhopping list) but there defo needs to be a bit of spice in it, so we can show how we can perform, rather than pumping teams who're made up of people who have regular jobs and play the game on the side.
