2020-21 Challenge Cup
Don't quite know when (or if) the cup is still happening, assuming the cup is still going ahead with invitees, the the teams will be: All 32 Scottish Clubs plus 12 Colt teams (and Brora and Kelty if it's going from the very start). Linfield and Coleraine from the NIFL. Yeovil and Harrogate Town or Notts County from the National League. Dunno who from the LOI, too confusing to find who. And as per, TNS and Connahs Quay from the Cymru Premier. Of everyone, the potential challengers for the cup I think will be, Us, Hearts, Yeovil and Notts County.

Supporting our youth teams
Seeing this really makes me wonder why the SPFL doesn't have regionalised youth leagues for every SPFL club, like ours would be us, C*unty, Aberdeen, Elgin, Peterhead, and Cove. If anything, it cuts back MASSIVELY on transport costs, no weekly trips down to the central belt. Dumps the development league more or less entirely, and the winners of each regionalised league goes into a round robin tournament for the development league title, and gives everyone a fair chance to go for the overall title. Leagues would be as such; Highland: Us, C*unty, Elgin, Aberdeen, Peterhead, Cove, Brechin*. Glasgow: Rangers, Celtic, Partick, Queens Park, St Mirren, Hamilton, Motherwell. Edinburgh: Hearts, Hibs, Edinburgh City, Dunfermline, Raith, Cowdenbeath, Livi. Perth: St Johnstone, Dundee, Dundee United, Forfar, Arbroath, Montrose, East Fife. Kincardine: Stirling Albion, Falkirk, Airdrie, Clyde, Alloa, Albion, Stenny. Galloway: Morton, Stranraer, Dumbarton, QOTS, Ayr, Annan, Killie. *Brechin only in Highland section to keep the leagues as even as possible.

Back to the stripes this season
Would they not be included if they're behind closed doors, cos really, I don't really intend on paying extra if I'm not actually going to be there, especially if it ends up being an away draw to a big side who charges 30 something quid to get in, as they'd gladly charge the same prices for a stream of the behind closed doors game. As for next season (as in 2021-22), judging if the SFA or whoever allows, I think keeping these channels up for season ticket holders would be a good idea for those who can't attend for whatever reason.

Anyway, League Cup is back in October with Brora and Kelty potentially joining in. https://news.stv.tv/sport/football/scottish-league-cup-to-get-under-way-in-october?top

Back to the stripes this season
Think it's been proposed many a time, but I think the only issue with it is, Golspie Sutherland is the only one able to compete in the Scottish Cup out of all the NCFA as they're the only full member of the SFA, and resulting in an odd number of teams when put into the cup. But however many times it gets put forward, nobody makes any movements with it.

Have to look at buying more coathangers and potentially a new wardrobe before I buy any more tops, pretty bad that IKEA don't deliver up north, don't think the beam will support any more weight, already looking sketchy with 31 tops...

Don't think we would need a 3rd Kit with that bright pink kit

Europa League, 5 Years On
Interesting thing I do note about it, is how the clubs went about it, completely minor, but Astra had proper Europa League design tickets, but had programmes which were a sheet of glossy A4 folded in half, whereas we had the usual design of the prior seasons kit, and had a normal fully paged programme. It's a completely minor thing that would normally be glossed over, but it's intriguing. Also want to mention, I was unable to go to Romania, no matter how much I begged to my dad, I ended up watching it through the Bet365 website on the living room floor, at least the full match is up somewhere on Youtube. But hopefully, I'll go out to Romania at some stage

Very much agreed, when has pink ever been linked to us? Black or white away kits have always been our go to colours, but pink? Could've tried something fancy with a purple-ish look, combo of our traditional red and blue, somewhat like Real Madrid's away kit in 2016-17, maybe a touch darker. But keeping the pink, a design similar to Man City's 2018-19 Away Kit would've looked an absolute beaut, whether it was black lines on pink or pink lines on black. But it doesn't look like the best of our away kits, sure it stands out from the crowd, but that's just cos it's fully neon pink...

ICTFC Squad Update 21/22/23/
Not quite sure tbf. I would say Doran for captain due to his time spent with the club, but, correct me if I'm wrong, Ridgers played every single game last season.

Europa League, 5 Years On
Entirely forgot that 5 years ago today, we kicked off our Europa League Debut against Astra Giurgiu, in which Owain Fôn Williams made his debut by nearly keeping out a free kick comparable to Greg Tansey's own from one Constantin Budescu, leaving us trailing an away goal heading into the second leg near the border with Bulgaria. Shame really that we might not ever see the sights of European Competition again for quite some time...

The season ahead
What a load of bollocks, was brought up almost immediately after postponement and eventual abandonment, and this was when, March. Saying "ooh, sorry, you're too late to lodge a reconstruction bid" is a massive middle finger to all those within (and outwith) the pyramid, how is suggesting it 5 months from the due start of the following season "too late"? Hardly a lot of work to put in when sending out a letter saying "FYI, you're shifting up a league" and getting other bits and bobs sorted. Not surprised that this is the reason why everyone thinks those in charge are as corrupt af.

ICTFC Squad Update 21/22/23/
Err, not trying to sound impatient or anything, but are we actually going to sign anyone else? By now, we're a week or so away from when the League Cup was due to begin...and have only made one signing to six departures. Meanwhile other Championship sides are barrelling through signing guys, we waiting til we're closer til we're supposed to be kicking off or what?

No due til the end of July, away kit and potentially 3rd kit being announced next week.

Hopefully once confirmed, we can line up a friendly when the football's back on and have it as a testimonial match for him.

The season ahead
I've seen a couple on EBay of Scottish clubs, only the Premiership and League One/Two, but strangely, no Championship. Not sure how much I'd trust it from an EBay seller, but if it was official club merch, I'd be more inclined to buy one...

Building for next season.
League One or League Two? Safe to say that's C*unty out of the running, so. Cove Rangers or Elgin City really, maybe Brechin, if he's staying put in Inverness. Not really any other "local" sides that are easy to get out to in either league...

Building for next season.
A passing mention in a squad update statement is hardly saying thanks directly, feels more like they're saying "X, Y and Z are leaving the club. Oh and by the way, so is Carly, thanks for everything". Nor have they even acknowledged his heartfelt statement, all those duties have been left for the fans to do.

Building for next season.
More surprised about the sod all thanks from the club. Some way to thank a player for his service who's been kicking a ball for us for the past 7 years.

33% of last season's sales, and this is what, day two of sales? And most of the people buying made a donation. Things could be looking up...

Ex-ICT players' news
No word on Cap'n Gaz for some reason. According to FotMob, Gaz left Torquay in February. And has only made 5 appearances overall for Exeter since leaving Yeovil. Looks like he's surplus to requirements...
