Robbie will be a big miss. I can't see Allardice staying either but hope I'm wrong.
If he goes it will be to one of our championship competitors.
Despite all the talk of how we had a title challenging team at the start of the season it speaks volumes that many of our out of contract players could easily be retained - I don't think any have generated serious interest from a higher level.
A few will have seen what happened to MacAleer , Chalmers and pundit in training Scott Allan after successful spells with us.
Grass is greener...
On a positive note it may be worth tying up some of our younger players on 3 year deals as next year will be a definitive year for them and we don't want to be losing them for buttons.

Would've liked to see him going to a better club, but the step up from our level will be quite challenging. Plenty of defending to be getting on with at Rugby Park, another development step for sure.

So, Partick again next year...

And also, I’ve been on Betfair and backed us at 55/1.
55/1!
Rangers odds...is it a sign?

If County can put any kind of sustained pressure on Partick from the start it will be interesting. We haven't seen too many examples from Doolans team when they aren't allowed to exploit their attacking strengths.
If they can't get a result at home then they deserve to join us in the duffers division next year.

We'll high ball them into submission. They won't know what's hit them.
No one expects that...

Non story, obviously there was going to be no alcohol.
I just about remember the special 'dry' train for the initial 08/02/00 cup tie that was postponed. Lots of thin looking coke drunk that day.
You might be aware that despite current regulations on all scotrail services prohibiting alcohol , most of these services, especially at weekends are absolutely rammed with carry-outs.
Tough enforcement gig indeed.

What about the time we played Rangers at Tananadice years ago I remember a fairly large support that day
I remember a fair few Inverness 'Huns' mixed in with us that day. Nothing much has changed then.

Could be interesting with the choice of referee...

If they'd hung on to Simon Murray it would probably have been a different story, but ifs and buts would've made a difference to our season too.

Queens Park's implosion is almost complete.
3-0 down at half time ( 7-3 on aggregate)
A season to forget for them now, it could have been oh so different...

P&B must be slower than usual these days.

Tells us a lot regarding how the players have done individually, not that we really needed reminding.

I don't know what he has left to offer tbh, his legs have gone - twice put through on goal this season and tripped himself whilst running/preparing to shoot.
Been peripheral for the last few years at best.

Not sure where it can be looked up, but he also has a GK/Coaching qualification that only a handful of people in the UK have.
But does he have his gold Blue Peter badge?

At least we don't have to worry about a small ticket allocation for the final, Fridays disappointing result will have the glory hunters and snowflakes drifting away in their hundreds.

Clearly onside. Sorry bud.

10,000 is enough tickets. 5.30 is a disgrace
Any kick off time other than 3 pm ensures the fans travelling 180 miles and more are disadvantaged to the point that shifting 10k tickets might not even be possible.
Extra night in Glasgow with accommodation and expenses...good for business huh!?

10000 tickets according to daily rebel/ranger.
let the seethe begin.
* article includes the caveat - reported by the Scottish s*n.

I was thinking about the Cup Final and how Ryan Christie will no doubt be in demand from broadcasters having played for both clubs in recent years.
I then tried to remember who else has played first team football for both clubs - Barry Robson and Mark Brown were the other names that sprung to mind. Knowing that there may well be others I’ve forgotten, I thought I’d get with the times and ask ChatGPT. Here’s the answer! The AI's grasp of real world facts is unnerving, I'm starting to wonder if the bot has actually been posting on this forum of late.

So the major shareholders 'tolerated' the board ' whilst not being impressed with the way the club is being run...
Odd state of affairs indeed. They are obviously happy to continue with the status quo , and continuing cash injections to cover the costs from whoever currently underwrites these sums.
How long does this tolerance last, as they are the ones with the tools at their disposal to change the board?

I take it the concert questions didn't go down too well.
