From sky app they've hit the post 5 times (one shot hit both posts then out).
That's a lot of chances to waste for the home team.
Pressure on them now, perfect for counters.

Our Council has a pretty poor record of botching important planning decisions, and has come away bloodied from government appeals on a couple of occasions.
Not sure why or how they have come to this position, whilst also preparing to recommend approval of another 400 'homes' in the already replete Milton of Leys area...
Oh yeah, developers dollars.

I read last night that the Highland Council planning department are recommending refusal for the Battery Farm above Fairways but can’t find it today.
It's in the courier, a few articles above the council approving another 400 homes for Milton of Leys, which will trigger extra developer contributions.

Family relationships can be very complex with County supporters, who exactly is he marrying?

Their goal came when Holt was given space to head home from a corner but why are we substituting defenders when we have conceded a corner?
Rookie error. Unless Carson was really struggling you do not sub him before the corner.

I wonder if any of the squad will be “released by mutual consent” in January.
We'll have to lose some excess for sure, squad is big enough for two average teams now.

Airdrie 1-0 Queens Park Half Time.
Game is live on BBC Scotland and online.
Both teams playing quick passing football that we can only dream of...

This postponement may be a blessing, gives Mr Ferguson & co some extra time to work on gameplan and get players up to speed.
Morton away , bottom of the table clash was/is a very tough fixture.

Fair to say that the result wasn't good enough, and the game shouldn't have gone as far as penalties.

Not sure what role he will be playing - with Welsh still out, is this perhaps a chance to secure a permanent deal and ultimately replacing Welsh?

I'd expect most of the central belt to postpone before we do, that's where the rain has been heaviest.

7th, based on our slow performance upturn allied with some magical Dunc infused grit and determination.
Could be higher due to this league's habit of teams form drastically changing as the months pass, perhaps we are surprised by the teams which may pass us on the way down...
...but I'm not counting on it, very dangerous times we're in.

A few nervous forwards playing tonight, big D weighing up his front men.

I'm glad the hype has begun to subside, I'm split nearly down the middle on this one.
Not sure if the loan transfer will be an option as he won't have any idea about his squad shortcomings so I guess we go with what 'Doddsie' has left him with.
Results being key the next month will be crucial to keep attached to those teams closest to us - performance may have been showing promise but DF's remit is points, 3's preferably.
Make it to January anywhere from 7th upwards and then we see how his contacts are...strengthen again for the push to mid table mediocrity.
On a side note, I'd love to hear the scheme that's been cobbled together to pay for this long shot.

The things some folk will do to sell their horrible orange kit! I will lay money on it now, that the announcement and accompanying picture will be Ferguson holding up the ICT orange kit,(or sevco away kit 2002), with FERGSON, sprawled across the back.
Meltdown.
Ah well, you'll always have Lisbon.

Why would that be?

Missed some very decent chances today.
Costly.

It was interesting to hear Charlie say that they are going to try and get the ball forward as soon as possible, always looking for a forward pass. That was one of my bugbears with Dodds tactics, this constantly passing back and across the back four.
Looking for a forward pass and making the pass ain't the same thing.

Realistically it's hard to know what to expect today, after positive feedback about last week at raith (away against unbeaten table topping side).
United team sheet/squad looks far superior in most areas so do we look to stifle and scrap for the unlikely draw or risk charlieball and go for the win?
Interim management bounce and fragile confidence makes for an unpredictable afternoon ahead, perhaps the only glimmer is uniteds early season inconsistency.

I guess we're lucky we somehow didn't lose this.
