Yes Jay you have in fact , you slagging him off is a regular occurence. Why do you guys slag people off. He has scored MORE goals than any other defensive player this season. had he been given more starts I am sure his confidence would have grown. Why is there so many negative posts re' players, do you not think players read this forum. Sorry Charles, what you pay is what you get ... PMF has obviously read all the charges however well people say they are hidden. I hear tales of people turning up with overweight luggage , expecting the weight of bags for two people on the same ticket to be consolidated, doesn't happen , with my company to my knowledge.Suspect Ryan air are the same. We have computations to make prior to each flight and weight is calculated. How much e.g does a passenger weigh as well. I am only pleased that all I do is point the plane and go leaving all the hassle to ground staff

A good player - one with natural ability and a decent work ethic - would ADAPT his game not expect the team to adapt theirs ! All through my working life things have changed constantly .... technology, rules, methods, the way a manager or director wants things done etc .... and each and every time I have to try and adapt my methods to make sure I can be as good as I can be rather than expect others to change theirs. I don't think that's always the case. Some managers tactics just don't work for certain players. As we all know, Brew loved the long ball game, would a wee 5"2 striker (no matter how good he was), be effective as a target man for the long ball game? I don't think so.
