  1. Lets go full tonto .. what price at Paddy Power for an ICT / Rangers league double ( other bookmakers available )
  2. Good to see a few local youngsters at the time in the up and coming ranks in this photo. 3 from the right front row is Ian MacInnes who would have been 16 when he scored in a pre season against Aberdeen at TS in the summer of 82 from recall with Bryan Gunn in goals. Very unlucky with injury. Combative yet skilful with a 90 minute engine in midfield, I played alongside him subsequently in the old Welfare league. He started off with Mikey Noble at Crown in the Street league and was a standout before going through the TS youth ranks. 100% a player who should have made it in the Highland league and beyond that didn't due to injury sadly.
  3. Living in the Highlands .. (Others wishing they had our cup run) Status Quo
  4. I filled out the survey. I did have a ST even through covid although not this season ( I have 4 dependents and cornflakes are now £4 a box ! ) I don't get the question around the whole matchday atmosphere though. As an old school terrace dweller part of the matchday experience was getting in and building the noise before kick off not suffering loud music and contrived "entertainment" We the fans should drive the atmosphere its no coincidence that since the demise of standing its the away support that make the atmosphere what it is at many grounds.
  5. Would attend for a traditional afternoon cup tie but public transport eastward from Inverness is still naff after a certain time of day sadly.
  6. Can't do much about being bald and sad but I'm on the crunchy green stuff until this vision of footballing utopia becomes available
  7. The wee County away would have the Parkdean summer punters clamouring for tickets.
  8. It's a good one .. makes me feel all nostalgic ... I had hair the last time I wore these colours.
  9. After that lot there might well be the fear of an explosion !
  10. I may be a contrarian or have FOPA ( Fear of part- timer accusations) I actually didn't try to get a ticket for Hampden as although I had been a ST holder 94-08 I hadn't been attending regularly during that season due to work. Watching the match on TV & from Social media I did spot a fair few folk who couldn't actually have directed you to the stadium from the town centre so I cut off my nose slightly on that one. It actually took the pandemic for me to buy my first ST in more than a decade & support the club as I feared we might buckle financially .. perhaps after a decade I also had FOAM ( Fear of attending a match ) .. Might change my user name to Creamola !
  11. Agreed FJ. Also new young supporters. My daughter (11) attended a game for the first time and 4 goals on friday in the first leg including an exciting finale on the night left her asking when we could go again. Work commitments yesterday meant we couldn't go down last night to Perth but I have now promised her an away trip next season v the Rangers which she is buzzing about ( sunny Cove that is)
