  1. Find out where Gardiner gets his hair cut & stick a poster outside calling for his head. That should make him think twice about going in ..
  2. Willie Rennie grates works better
  3. Also mentioned that the excellent Wyness Shuffle team will be interviewing the Chairman tomorrow if I caught that bit correctly
  4. The opening statement set the tone nicely .. "Welcome to the Kelty Club, apologies Caley Club" Not exhaustive but some key points from recall One key observation from the floor was that the accounts when released on friday should reveal whether the club have effectively been operating whilst insolvent since the last set of accounts. This is highly likely given the situation in financial terms has not been stabilised through throwing dice, aka anticipated income streams. Once the level of debt is established we then move towards the likelihood of administration, shedding certain individuals, contracts etc and only then would current major shareholders step in to re capitalise the club. Another other key point was the withholding of ST money etc is a personal choice and not a recommendation the trust can make, however it has been asked we update the trust if our intention is not to purchase a ST this season to allow them to guage the numbers. The trust update also highlighted that the request for a fan rep on the board had been discussed at the last board meeting and pre requisites included significant funds ( equivalent to 50% of the Morton scheme used as a benchmark although this is an established scheme which I think was calculated out at 75k per annum) should be made available to the club via the Stronger Together initiative before representation could be approved. The trust stated they had therefore withdrawn their request but will grow the fund until an opportune moment presents itself in future. A protest march was also proposed ( not the 12 July please as Gardiner would mistake it for something else) Finally it is clear the trust are doing their damdest but would welcome any extra pairs of hands or ears etc as they are swamped so I'm going to message them tomorrow. We need to step up now as time is of the essence. A lot of heat from the floor, literally and metaphorically as we were pretty crammed but it was heartening to see passion and anger on display as it shows a lot of people won't give up without a fight, even if we may not all agree exactly on the way forward.
  5. Corporate brain fart 🤡
  6. Must have been before his pet club switched to Castore
  7. I was thinking exactly the same .. is there a season ticket option for the supporters bus I wonder
  8. Due to rising costs, logistical challenges and an aversion to mothballs I am happy to advise I intend to relocate my match day experience to Station Park if ICT also are at home during the 24/5 season. Please be assured I remain wholly committed and will cheer on the team from just 15 miles or so along the road, courtesy of open all mikes.. This is regrettable but, in the present climate will free up funds to allow me to support the team in more away fixtures. I am confident the board will endorse cost cutting messures that ensures the long term backing of travelling supporters and look forward to signalling my support to them in the opening away fixture
  9. “My priorities are to build a strong support team to generate the income needed to field a side capable of progressing to the Premiership of the SPFL and – parallel to that work – develop a strategy for the club which will give confidence to the local and regional business community as we look to garner their support for what is, after all, their team" Scot Gardiners own words 5 years ago. Using the above as a bench mark for performance he has been an abject failure in his role at the club. He may well have built a strong support team but then so did Stalin and we all know what happened during the purges. He is a barrier to the club achieving improvement in all 3 areas identified and there is tangible evidence to support that supposition
  10. Daft question perhaps given ghe lack of financial transparency in recent times but do we have any insight on ST sales projection vs actuals within the clubs budget for full time status during 23/24 ? Irrespective of whether we do or don't that is one imperative, along with boycotting official club merchandise, we as a collective can utilise to drive home the demand for change at the top highlighted in the excellent trust statement. The fan base need to consider rallying to make the club sit up and take note how many long term supporters do not intend to renew (or if ex ST holders return) unless they agree to fall on their swords (metaphorically of course) A list if it could somehow be collated would have more impact than individual emails. To those who say this is harming the club I would contest do we shock the patient in the hope of a positive response or await the inevitable. I purchased a ticket for the covid season to support the club because I was lucky enough to be able to & never saw a ball kicked in anger whilst it is now apparent Gardiner bedded in his authoritarian regime back stage. Those at the top have subsequently taken the goodwill of the dwindling fan base post covid as a given whilst completely taking it for granted. They have fixated on vanity projects, disappeared repeatedly down rabbit holes, mis representing OUR club in the process and completely taking their eye of the nuts and bolts of running OUR football club. Now they issue this statement after 72 hours of radio silence. Talk about not reading the room. Renew our hope & we'll renew our commitment.. Rant ends
  11. Klu Klux Klan convention ?
  12. More likely a regionalised set up along with Dens Park Tangerines, Aberhead Rangers, Leith of Midlothian and Butt-cheek Non Denominational.
  13. Partick were also on our pitch last day as well back in the early 2000s .. our fans were applauding them mind you we hadn 't just been relegated
  14. Must have missed that poll
  15. We are nothing if not unimaginative ... ! Take the D from Dingwall .. The I from Inverness then add S for Soccer & we could have Dis United
  16. They got there in thon double decker bus .. all aboard for Nairnia away ding ding ..
  17. Policing costs fall back on the club so that doesn't come as a surprise.
  18. Aye Gardiner should cluck off
  19. When I was their age I probably wouldn't have wanted away fans taking over our house either the fault lies solely with stewarding and policing initially allowing the Accies supporters on to the pitch. With regards to heading back to their big teams the younger crew have less baggage in that respect than their older counterparts who always had a big team and a small team ( Highland League) growing up in Inverness I know I did. I saw a guy in his 60s in the cold weather wearing an ICT scarf and Rangers gloves in the main stand this season so lets not start preaching and hoping that much needed revenue, and game day atmosphere disappears out the door ( leaving just the faint rustling of Werthers) I'm 58 so remember the reality of terracing which could be violent without the need for choreography. All clubs need to attract a younger support they are the life blood of the club like it or not.
  20. There was mention of contacting lapsed ST holders next season of which I am one. I will consider purchasing one again next season but only if there is significant change at the top of the club and I will be telling them that if I am contacted. Lets just hope the outcome today will be a watershed moment for OUR club.
  21. Shocking but effective unfortunately.
  22. Maybe Charles Green has another spare quid ..
  23. John Rankin has done a fantastic job with Accies they had a total game plan whilst we just looked bereft of ideas in the second half. The type of ex player we could have done with in our dugout. We now just have to regroup somehow.
