  1. Hoping we forget trying to replicate Barcelona and Manchester City tomorrow, ditch the total football and have a right good old fashioned go from the off..... If Billy starts it should be in addition to Samuel and Pepple not instead of in my opinion!
  2. Disaster
  3. Hamilton giving their season ticket holders half price entry tomorrow night. Really disappointed our club not offering something similar on Saturday. Win or lose this playoff tie, huge changes are required on and off the park in my opinion to prevent more fans becoming increasingly disillusioned to the point they stop going altogether. I understand the focus right now has to be on Championship survival but here’s hoping there are major changes coming in the summer regardless of what league we are in next year.
  4. Just had a look on Hamilton website and see they were giving their season ticket holders half price entry (£10) today. After what our season ticket holders have endured this year I'd like to think the club will show some appreciation to them by doing something similar for next Saturday's game.
  5. I think we will come through this but still can't understand why Keith Bray was allowed to go on loan when he was our most creative player in the early part of the season and Nicola Udjur has been warming the bench for months when he was our best performing centre back. Strange goings on.
  6. No idea but he had a brilliant game last time down at East End park including goal saving tackle. I'd rather have him in the team than out of it to be honest!!
  7. Big Dunc has been criticised on here and on Wyness Shuffle for fist pumping at the end of matches. It’s a shame if he feels he can no longer celebrate with the travelling fans as for me him celebrating with the fans at Arbroath in September was highlight of the season - admittedly there haven’t been too many.
  8. Well done Cammy Harper, what a strike and a fantastic season you've been having despite our difficulties 👍. Player of the year imo.
  9. Cillian Sheridan starting .... Please wake me up at ten to five and tell me that he and Sean Welsh didn't come back to haunt us .......
  10. A win for us today and Morton may still be in the dogfight when they come to Caley stadium last day of the (league) season ....Come on ICT!!!
  11. 'Converged Communication Solutions And ICTFC Announce Cybersecurity Workshop For Local Businesses' Hopefully this (ironic) partnership proves fruitful! On a more serious note it's good to see the club taking steps to improve communication with the fans (including Ross Morrison and Scott Young attending the recent supporters meetings). Well done to the Trust for the progress made in this regard so far.
  12. No, they took my advice and swapped round so we were shooting with the wind behind us first half..... 😎 It's not as blustery now...
  13. Wind blowing right down the pitch into the north stand ... Let's change round if we win the toss and we might have a chance of scoring the first goal 🤷‍♂️. Even the sprinklers are blowing in! Let's hope someone noticed in the warm up!
  14. If my calculations are right, we have scored 12 home league goals in 15 matches. If you deduct the Ayr (November) and Partick (Feb) matches we have scored 6 home goals in 13 matches. It really has been an awful year to be a season ticket holder unfortunately. We are far too predictable in my opinion - it's time to dump the pretty football in the last few matches, be more direct and fight hard for every loose ball to save our season.
  15. Is it just me wondering how on earth Cillian Sheridan is managing to score regularly for Queen's Park? Apparently Sean Welsh was very good again today. Like others I agree a point at Dundee United under normal circumstances would be a welcome one and it is. However, we are in a predicament which means we cannot be happy with a draw in any match. I hope we go to Partick next week with an attacking mentality. We are running out of matches and must do everything we can to win every one of them.
  16. Personally would much rather we gave our own youth players a chance. Bray and Thompson look good enough to have featured much more this year which would have helped them in future seasons. I may be wrong but I think Cameron Harper has played every league game this season and has been excellent in my opinion.
  17. Considering they hadn't played together before, I though Kerr, Anderson and Lawal combined well in midfield with Cammy Kerr head and shoulders above anybody else on the park. Unfortunately, despite no lack of trying, we are still missing that cutting edge upfront that could turn these stalemates into wins. Came away from today more positive than some weeks though as the boys really gave it their all today. It's going to be a battle until the end of the season but there is enough characters in the team to drag us to safety in my opinion.
  18. Before the transfer window we were in desperate need of a decent striker and an attacking/creative midfielder. Thankfully we seem to have ticked those boxes and brought in some other new faces who will hopefully strengthen other areas and provide more options. I'm positive about our prospects in the second half of the season and I still think we have a sneaky wee chance of coming 4th and making the playoffs..... Time will tell.
  19. He has been really impressive for us this season even during the tougher spells. I'm sure he will have ambitions to move up a level and deservedly so in my opinion but hopefully we can get him on an extended contract so that if he does leave at the end of the season we get properly compensated.
  20. I really hope not!
  21. The tannoy/sound system operating at in the north stand at Caley stadium is terrible. It is absolutely deafening too. I take my ear plugs which makes it just about bearable... Why oh why does it have to be so loud?... It certainly doesn't help to create an atmosphere. Indeed it drowns out any attempts by the fans to create an atmosphere pre match which the youngsters attempted to do at the Dundee Utd game recently. The guy who sits beside me has been season ticket holder for years and said he's complained to the club about it but to no avail. Maybe something the supporters trust could take forward if there is a general agreement.
  22. Thanks Robert , that explains it then.... ! 🙂
  23. Thanks for adding.... What a pass that was for Samuel's first goal...not sure who played it but clearly someone with a sweet left foot! Great victory and second what Lizi said about the difference in atmosphere between home and away games.
  24. YASSSSS!!!! Hope Big Dunc was giving it big fist pumps at the end 👊✊.... We are heading for the Premiership playoffs 😝😝 On a serious note though I'm just so happy we didn't concede a last minute sickener AGAIN!!
  25. Thanks Robert they have added season ticket holder's reserved seats to the online portal now 👍
