That is a very quick turnaround in a squad which now has 27 players.

I know we have suffered relegation and a few of the players in the 1st team squad are youth products but that can't be good for squad morale with so many players leaving, then a load coming in.

With so many young signings and youth products and not many seasoned pro's it will probably take this squad a lot longer to gel than most.

Diffinitely possible. I mean If you've ever been working somewhere or in an enviroment where several of your collegues or friends have went to pastures new then you can tend to feel left behind or forgotten about. Like a bit of old furniture in a newly fitted room.
