Yes I am drunk, but all the depressive bullsh*t on here has gone too far. Wee Charlie was the most talented player ever to wear a Caley Thistle shirt by a country mile - he's an Inverness boy through and through - and an eloquent, focused guy. I see no reason why he can't be the ICT manager for the next 20 years, eventually leading us to Europe and perhaps even an SPL title if Celtic and Rangers join the Premiership.  :024:

Aye he's not the complete package at the mo, he's certainly still below Pele Paterson and perhaps even Brewster in his current knowledge of the game - but if Charlie works hard and studies hard, who knows? Most managers reach a certain peak and never go any further - Charlie is nowhere near his peak, and I'd still take him ahead of half of the other SPL managers.

Ending on a slightly frivolous note, can you name a better ginger manager in the world? Sounds like a stupid question - but when you actually think about it...
