Considering the need we have to appoint the correct person, is it possible for the Board to consider, interview and appoint someone in 72 hours??

Is it expecting too much to ask potential candidates to present themselves for interview at such short notice?

It is either a case of desperation to fill the post or the post is already filled. Should it be the latter I only hope it is not a case of 'Marry in haste...........'' as i feel sure that there are many many options for an ICT manager and not just one!

A further week of consideration will not harm the club if they are to appoint the right person!

The only thing I'd add is the need to get a defensive system in place and that may mean transfers before end of month.

That was something that was discussed at tonight's meeting.... A central defender (targetted by CC) is on the verge of being signed before the transfer window closes.... but it would be preferred if the new incumbent to the manager's job, will approve of the signing...

instead of why the rush, try what about rush!! whats ian rush doing anyway :023:
