I do think that Butcher would keep us up and his connections with the national team would be more a positive thing than a negative thing. But as somebody said earlier you would've taken Krusty the Clown yesterday morning.

I disagree, it was evident for quite a while what the problem was, now some of the players have came out and said it and now we have removed the problem. I don't hink a new boss would have any difficulties in getting all the players to pull together in fact I believe that the players want to do this.

It think the signings that have been made are very good signings and we will reap the benefits of them so lets lay off the board please. They've made my day. As someone said earlier; Brewster - amazing player but sadly not a manager.

If we were relegated and had all of these players on long terms SPL contracts we'd be even more up sheet creek. It was a wise move by the board when you weigh up all the pros and cons IMO.

Strangely I think that this may turn out to be a decent signing. I certainly hope so.

I agree with IHE's post but I've had enough - what are fans like me supposed to do when the club seem to treat us with such contempt and will not listen to our concerns. The fact that they cannot or rather WILL NOT see or even acknowledge the problems make me wonder what we can do and should we even bother. Surely the club have noticed the large downturn in attendances. This is not a coincidence. It is a consequence. A consequence of the pathetic job being done and the arrogance/contempt being shown by those in charge.

Scotty, I was home over Christmas and New Year and spoke to a lot of supporters who just don't bother going to the games anymore and are unlikely to while brewster is still there. A couple of them were long term season ticket holders who no longer attend which did surprise me as I didn't think that they'd be as firmly in the "get-him-tae-f*ck" camp. Still opinions eh....

Did he not call the goal we conceded against motherwell world class too? Running out of excuses now surely?...
