  1. Haha I wondered who'd be first to say that.
  2. OK you probably know the opposition and the approximate date. You may even see yourself and a few buddies...
  3. Is that Tintin or is it Poirot
  4. Correct. Wyness has already put ICT 3 up when Ritchie's drive comes fizzing towards my 3 megapixel Olympus bridge camera and it's not even half time yet. Were you there or were those the days of Football First with charisma-laden presenters whose names I've forgotten, plus that nasal commentator, plus, eh, Andy Walker.
  5. A team we regularly trounced. An incredible goal in a game notable for incredible scoring feats.
  6. Aye I heard you had a double body rite enaff or was it a body double
  7. There are similar ones in Barcelona and Amsterdam. I think there's one in Germany too, run by Helmut Schoen.
  8. I remember a hotel in the Main Street and the barman was from Bilbao. Don't remember much else as they had a good offer on double malts.
  9. A routine 2-0 win at Glebe Park in September 2003. The photo shows Paul Ritchie flicking in no 2. The return match in January was much better for the neutral. By this time we were neck and neck with Clyde. Brechin made a game of it after the break and the game wasn't secured till Russell Duncan curled in an absolute peach to make it 4-2.
  10. I'm going in September for the third time in 2 years. Should be able to take in some games as there's plenty of fixtures on. Don't think much of the beer I have to say, although that Einstok's pretty decent. What's really big over there is Lakris, bars of chocolate with bits of liquorice through it. Sounds weird but it's good.
  11. Had we not moved on to the Institute by then? Oh well..... Here's another. Yngwie will probably get it mind you.
  12. Did England not win then? I'm sure I heard somebody ask at half time if Woy should stick with Joe Hart in the quarter final?
  13. An easy one with a tough one to follow shortly:
  14. Manny is right again. September 2000 in Div 1 and a visit from newly promoted Clyde. ICT in my memory seem to have a habit of losing at home to newly promoted sides, usually 2-1. This was pretty annoying. Bagan put us ahead early on and we dominated most of the game. Second half, Martin McLaughlin took what appeared to be a dive and Golly was eventually sent off for disputing the penalty. Convery scored and soon added the winner. A Sair Yin. Kevin Toner was the ref. Crowd was 1494. Clyde rampaged around the First and Second Division for years, with hired thugs such as Paddy Keogh kicking anything that moved, but as we all know, ICT took revenge for all these setbacks by the Ice Station Hammer Throwers (see post 6 on this thread), by becoming a BIG TEAM in 2004, while Clyde slipped into obscurity, being knocked out of the Cup by Formartine Utd and being managed in League 2 by Barry Ferguson. So there.
  15. An ICT legend against former rivals and a packed away end...
  16. That's right. Last game of the season.
  17. Nope. They won, for a start...
  18. Spot on. Games against Development sides do tend to be like pre-season friendlies. Not that I see any of the U20 sides getting very far.
  19. Not my photo - must be one of PP's:
  20. Awww, and you were doing so well... 2 years out.
  21. Well done Mannie, no need for a clue then...
  22. Yeah that was "spewgate" for ymip You can see a very young Vigurs and Jamie Duff. Locos 2 ICT 5 July 2007.
