We owe this lot. Let’s do them.

County fan works with the forestry. He’s been using an axe and usually manages to fell about 10 decent sized trees a day. He goes to the agricultural show and this chainsaw salesman tells him if he buys this chainsaw he can easily do 50 a day. A month goes by and the gadgie arranges to meet the salesman, claiming the saw is faulty. It’s only been doing 40 a day. The salesman is puzzled, so he pulls the starter. The gadgie jumps 6 feet back shouting “hells bells, where the feck is that noise coming from!”

There’s a GIF somewhere showing Leonardo di Caprio with his arms outstretched and everybody applauding, and the title is ‘Caley Thistle fans coming into work today’ or some-such. That was me. I was there both times but since then the occasion has been overtaken by even better ones.

Any idea how many walking wounded should be back for the cup tie? A run in the cup is probably as important as making the playoffs.

Disappointed that you didn't carry on to say that C(o)unty and United are fishing in the North Sea. He's a big physical player, not speedy and nimble like Walsh. Didn't seem to have the pace to take the RB on the outside and tended to cut in. Trying to think what big wingers he reminds me of. Physically he's like Gazza. We could easily use them on both wings though. Walsh was brilliant against C(o)unty when he switched to the right. McCauley might also do as a striker. In his 25 mins at Falkirk he was all over the left side and the centre and got one or two shots in.

Have to thank TopSix for sticking it up on Facebook tbh.

Probably the one with Heather Dewar of the BBC after the Falkirk game. Between the pair of them it was a car crash.

Sets up Alan Simpson nicely for a gag about pace...

Tell us what you’re after ? You can set up a subscription on eBay so it notifies you with any ICT programmes. There are a good few dealers around too.

The Falkirk highlights don't do us any favours but there must be about 17 attempts listed in the match report.

It was Heather Dewar at the game, what do you expect. We should have been out of sight at half time. The Falkirk fans were just getting the boos going when Rudden scored. Doran was almost in the clear, hit the ball past the right back, then pulled up with a groin injury. Just as he was starting to show a bit of form. A lot of positives today, Chalmers was outstanding (never thought I would say that), White had a decent battle all over the park including defence (still couldn’t trap a bag of cement mind you). McCart was solid. Doran had as good a game as I’ve seen all season. Welsh, Rooney as usual. Austin battled away and won a few fouls but for me he’s always a bit lightweight and tries to run defenders when he hasn’t really got the pace. McCauley could be useful once he gets up to the pace of our league. Doesn’t lack confidence to try things anyway. MacDonald was hardly on long enough to get a touch so hard to judge, think it was him who shot past the near post late on. As long as he isn’t another Billy King. Sorry to say our keeper fumbled one early on which dunted his confidence. Falkirk fans going on about McShane’s corner but every corner he took before that (at least 4) was gash, so maybe he got lucky. With Ridgers we would probably have won that, never mind Wonderboy Walsh, and the Great Wall of Coll (copyright somebody else, not me) sitting amongst us.

I had Brian from the programme shop in Easter Road trying to buy mine. They change hands for about £60. All these Hibbies trying to get a complete set from 2016. -
Beating Hertz at Tynie in 2002. Nah, Dave the Rave's winner really.

So WHAT do you know about Kilby ?
The Mantis replied to IMMORTAL HOWDEN ENDER's topic in Caley Thistle
People around the club call them Kilby all the time. So does their website. Definitely catching on gradually even if it’s pretty naff. Heard E.K. Thistle getting called E.K. though. -

Had a chat with Proctor last season when they played Whitehill Welfare my wee team. Saw them in a league game this season when they beat Leith Athletic 2-0. Procs went to Airdrie as a coach but is back playing now. Will be 35 in May. The only other player you will have heard of is Chris Humphrey who was with Motherwell. Not really sure what he's doing there as he's only 31 but came out of retirement. Was released by Bury and has had a few injuries. The rest of the squad have some experience at the likes of Albion Rovers. Also the interim manager is Stuart Malcolm who was at County for 2 years. They are certs to win the LL and will probably play Cove. 2 years ago they got through to the playoff final but were a bit unlucky to lose to Cowden on penalties. Should be stuffy and hard to break down but let's face it they're level 5. The badge is the Gille-Bride or the Oystercatcher which is a symbol of St Brigit or St Bride who is associated with the town. So there.
