Have to admit I was shaking my head in disbelief when I saw McBain and Hastings go off. I couldn't believe that Rankine was staying on cos I thought he was having a poor game !!!!! Then Hart comes on and is outstanding. Rankine stays on and scores 2 !!!! :015: Have to hand it to CC :clapping04: and wtf do I know.........eh ? :010: Has to have been the best and worst game I have ever seen in my life ! For 70 minutes we were as poor as I can remember. Then someone switched the lights on, quite literally, (and I'm thinking...the way we're playing we'd be better leaving the f**kin things switched off!) and before you know it we're 3-2 up !!!! :010: :010: :010: :010: :010: The way we played in the last 20 mins is how we should be playing every home game. I still feel like i dreamt it all !!! The noise at the goal and final whistle was unbelievable. Looking round the stadium it was just pure bedlam. Never to be forgotten moments !!! :brave:

I thought that, the last 5 minutes apart, today's game was mince !!! :008: Both teams were poor poor. The only entertainment was the bursting of balloons in the North Stand !!! :party06: Only in the last few minutes did we play with any urgency and desire to win the game. Zander Sutherland looks a player. It took a fantastic save from De Vries to deny Bayney. Then Tokely rescues us with the winner. I don't think this thread should even be mentioned by the press !!! The question should CC stay or go is a no brainer. It's ridiculous to even suggest his position is in any doubt whatsoever !! We are not bottom of the table...we have played some of the best teams in the league already, with decent results.......and, most importantly of all, we are still above scumdee utd !!! :015: I would hate to see the day where we have the Eddie Thompson philosophy of management and install a revolving door to the managers office at ICT !!!!

right here it is...... I thot we played well, very well, in the first half today but were pish in the second half.... ok so bayney missed a couple o chances. but i could never criticise bayney cos altho he might not be the best finisher, everythin else he does is fantastic!!!!! My only wish today was that Rossco didnae take the the legs from brewster poof !!!! Is oi just me or does every ICT fan HATE him ???? I'm dissapointed we never broke his ankle again !!!!

A vast improvement on the St Mirren performance of 2 weeks ago. Created plenty chances but the ball just wouldn't hit the net. Draw probably a fair result all said. Best moments: Keogh's first touch that, from where i was sitting, looked like it was going to burst the net but drifted just wide. Got mine today...yes the sizes are ar&e for elbow (not the club's fault!) but this is by far the best home shirt ICT have ever had. I had to exchange my original order for the next size up but the shop staff service was exemplary, couldn't have been more helpful. When you consider they're working from a cramped portacabin full of boxes and boxes of new shirts they deserve a lot of credit !! :clapping04:

I sense a wee bit feeling of doom & gloom on here. I felt 3-0 flattered sheffield utd a bit..... on another night we'd have beaten them 4-3. They took their chances well while we hit the bar, hit the post, missed a sitter and missed a penalty. 1-0 at half time and tbh the second half was really a bounce game with all the guest players making their appearances, with special appreciation reserved for barry robson !! :004: :004: :004:.......( i thought the tannoy announcement for Urquhart & Noble might have been for them to get stripped and get a game !!! :015:)....let's not forget this was a testimonial! If were talkin about ICT history then the home game against Clyde when we won 3-1 would have to be one of the best. Not only because me and ma mate had hospitality and got thouroughly pished but because it was then that we thought we had a great chance o winnin the league. And as time has told........we did!

The best season I can ever remember was that of 1986/87........how good were the Jags that year eh ?????????

I was in the North Stand and, to a man, the players applauded the fans. Also heard on the radio afterwards the pundit say how ICT got a rowsing reception from the fans at the end of the match ! :drinking08:

How times have changed !!!!!!!........ Wasn't so long ago that Livi came to Inverness on the last day of the 1st Division season and won the League on our patch and promotion to the SPL. Today we're in the SPL and we've visited their place and defeated them, relegating them to the 1st Division! Going further back......to 1973 !!! It was, in effect, Livi who denied Jags righful place in the Scottish League. Today was payback!!!! Oh happy day !!!! :blah: :blah:
