Senior Leagues in Scotland are third, second, first and SPL, same as in England the senior leagues are EPL, Championship, League One and League Two. (And if you want to include HL, it wouldn't be Brora anyway, it would be Wick Academy)

Looking forward to a Dundee loss, although I had a dream that Raith beat them 4-3 with a goal deep into injury time.

I honestly think we should reward the Shamrock with all new deals for at least 3 years, and Butcher should be offered a new contract for at least 3 years as well. Rooney deserves a pay rise and a longer contract, and Foran should be enticed to stay with a minimum buy clause or a clause that states that when a certain standard of club comes in for him he is allowed to go for a certain price. The players in return, should reward the fans and the club for giving them a chance when their careers were falling by the wayside and sign, even if so that when a bigger club comes in for them we get compenstated.

100K for Rooney and for Foran? Get out of here. There is no chance that they are ever worth that to another club. Rooney is certainly unproven at a higher level, and if he performs well in the SPL then he might just be worth that much. I think you are kidding yourself of the worth of Scottish football. We are looked at as being very small, and as such our players don't have the oomph and as such don't drive high prices. If Foran and Rooney were to become internationals (which is NOT going to happen, especially for the Republic whilst Keane is there) then we could get a higher price, but as it stands...no chance.

Never doubted Butcher, ever. Was always behind him and the job he had to do. Promotion is a suprise for me, especially this easy as I have maintained from the start that the First Division is the hardest league to get out of. No humble pie for this man, only shortbread

Now for Dundee to win midweek so we can have a proper celebration when we beat Ayr next week.
