He is now being hounded by the US sports authorities based on the testimony of a number of confirmed liars and former drugs cheats that the American legal system decided were in all probability based on jealousy. He has been tested in excess of 500 times during his career and has never been positive. He was always a phenomenal engine from when he first started racing and incredibly motivated. If he is ever proven to have been a cheat then he must have had the very best chemists in the world in his employ, because the testing systems declare a positive in the event that any masking agent is found All that will be revealed about him during this Tour de France I suspect will be further innuendo.

The rules are a bit grey and both teams seem to have a fair shout. I agree that Dunfermline were justifiably relegated. A simple solution would be a two legged or single game neutral venue pre season play off between Dundee and Dunfermline.

Agree with Caley D, Rangers are dead and New Co will discover their fate early next month. When they should effectively have to apply for membership of the Scottish League, which has happened a number of times since 1994, when each and every team gaining admittance started in the Third division. Whether the records are amended to expunge the titles won illegally or not, if the New Co do start in Division 3 at least they can expect to win three titles ove the next 3 years.

I have come very close to head on crashes several times on the A9. Each time on long sweeping bends where drivers coming the other way have overtaken a line of cars and obviously not seen me coming the other way through the line of cars they were overtaking. Squeeky bum moments and close encounters with the verge at around 70, have seen me avoiding being part of the stats. Otherwise I agree in the main that the A9 is generally a good road. I understand fully why continental drivers are involved in so many Highland accidents, having spent many years in the RAF in Germany. Travelling home wasn't a problem. Problems occurred when joining empty roads during the holiday and driving normally on the right side of the road. My solution was to put a sticker on my steering wheel "Drive on the Left"

Looking forward to a better season next year. But nice to sign off with a win and back to normal against Hibs, who never have liked the journey up the A9.
