  1. I'm working but I'll definitely tape it. I spoke to Brooks Mileson again on Friday and he really is a top guy. His attitude is second to none. Turning down an invite by Vladimir Romanov to go to Tynecastle because he has to feed his animals. Excellent. As usual he will be with the fans on Saturday - he just won't do the director/suit thing. Shows he is in it from the heart rather than for any hidden agenda. I have had to phone the club a few times for tickets etc and the staff are all the same, they love the club and their jobs within it. They are all footie fans and are really friendly. Really refreshing. I hope they don't lose that as they come through the ranks, because if I'm honest that's what I think we have lost at ICT.
  2. Thanks Caley D. Everyone seems surprised by this revelation, but it has always been the case. There should be at least one extra place now and a couple of extra places at the 2nd round stage, which is where we were entering anyway. So not dead in the water yet.
  3. Probably a bit more realistic
  4. LOL We are going to hand over a cheque to Brooks Mileson for the childrens hospice appeal, we would be better staying home and selling on the tickets. :015: :015: Think it will be a great day out - can't wait. Hope you get a ticket
  5. The bad news is that I have your ticket, and if they are going for £5,000 you've no chance of getting it. lol
  6. Must be fake, but if it's real I've got 28 Gretna tickets. :021: :021:
  7. Only if you want to be an Angel for the day. :015: I'll have a few with me for anyone who doesn't have one. See you on Saturday
  8. Well done to him. I must admit I could think of better ways of having fun, but I suppose 'whatever floats your boat' Well done Yompa. Hot on the heels of Team Gringo. Never doubted him for a minute. A true Nutter.
  9. I posted this on the Kirin Cup thread, but Ian Turner is only a reserve keeper so he isn't even playing 1st team football
  10. Smith has called up Manchester United's Darren Fletcher, who has made a quick recovery from a knee injury, and Everton reserve keeper Iain Turner. What does Broonie have to do. The Everton reserve keeper - if it wasn't a slap in the face being missed out the first time - then what must he think now. What is Walter Smith thinking about. The above if from then bbc site

    Pars Roll Call

Sorry not me. I haven't been to Dunfermline yet and this would have been a good time to go, but I have to work. :( :( :( Would have been good to welcome the marchers too.
  12. Is the Innes not for losers
  13. Where are team Gringo stopping tonight?
  14. He's doing well then. Fair play to him. Good luck for the rest of the trip. He can't be very far behind the others now then if they were leaving from Ballinluig this morning.
  15. Buses don't get me there on time for Alan
  16. Rangers Celtic Hearts and Hibs are apparently trying to reduce it back to 10 teams, but with the new voting system there only needs to be 2 votes to stop a change and that is happening for now. An increased league seems everybody's preferred option.
  17. Unfortunately he suffered a nasty injury to his knee at the last reserve game he played in. Could be out for a while. He looked quite good in the reserve games, but CC was obviously unsure when he took so long to decide whether or not to give him a contract. Dundee Utd maybe??
  18. Think he's keeping an eye on there.
  19. I don't mind the queues as long as they are well managed and the cheats stopped in their tracks. They only continue to cheat as they get off with it every time. We must have a system and Stewards who know what they are doing. They were standing discussing what to do next. Mmm what about this line? maybe we should give them a turn - no I think they should be next. Like a comedy sketch. If so many players cars got in without them noticing that's a worry. I can't see why the players would sneak in and park in a different place from normal, I suspect they must have been parked by stewards who didn't realise who they were. :?
  20. They do have an area allocated for parking, but not in front of the stadium as that is reserved for hospitality guests. They do park in the home car park (behind the north stand) but for some reason they were parked differently. A steward told me that the players sneaked in when they weren't looking, but you are talking about 7 or 8 cars. They were parked side by side so they were the first car in every line.
  21. At the forum last week David Sutherland said that he expected the split to be gone after next season. But does the league go back to 10 teams or does it extend to 16 - that is the question
  22. That is excellent. He told me a few weeks ago that he would have to be in Aviemore for breakfast, but obviously he has excelled himself. What a true nutter. Even thinking about a 24 hour walk makes me feel tired. Good on you Yompa - pass on our best wishes next time you text.
  23. I agree he had an excellent game. I know that he works really hard in training and Mark Brown does some extra training with him some afternoons. I know that Michael Fraser's idol is our very own Jim Calder and he did show just a liitle hint of Calder when he jinked past a striker before clearing the ball. Excellent performance. The crowd were very supportive too, not only towards Fraser but to the other young players too. Nice to see
  24. Yes KB I agree it is refreshing to see another team challenging and splitting the OF. Just for us it would have been better if Rangers were 2nd. Mind you we can go all out to support Gretna in the final now. It would be excellent if they could win the cup. (we thought we needed Hearts to win, but that doesn't matter now) Come on Gretna.
  25. Wasn't a good result for us though as we needed Rangers to take 2nd spot so that we retained a chance of Intertoto.
