  1. I stopped using the car park ages ago, but as I was early tonight and didn't expect a big crowd, I thought I'd chance it. Usual cars peeling off the back of the lines and being allowed to go round the back or join another moving queue. If everybody just waited their turn. The big problem tonight was that the players had all been allowed to park at the front of the lines!! So no line could move. On this occasion you had to come out of your line to get out and it was an even bigger shambles. It has always been bad, but where I was parked tonight I would usually have got out quite quickly, but it took ages. I was the 3rd car in the line, the two in front of me were unoccupied (one at least was a players car) and when I looked in my mirror there were no cars behind me. This isn't rocket science. If the cars were parked in the order they arrived and let out in the same order it would work as long as they stopped the cheating. RANT OVER
  2. There are 2 opportunitys for Scotland to get a 2nd place in the Intertoto, but nothing is certain. They just get together and decide who gets the places once all the teams who qualify have confirmed their participation. There is one space up for grabs now and there will be more up for grabs at the 2nd round (scotlands entry level) Clutching at straws is right though Scotty. I don't have the same problems with Gretna as I had with Livi. Firstly Brooks Mileson hasn't put that much money into the club. I think he picks up the wage bill for the year and has bought a couple of players. He is building a good business though for the club. And he can afford it. Livi spent much more and never paid most of it back. If Brooks walked away tomorrow Gretna wouldn't be in any debt. They wouldn't have any players technically speaking, but they wouldn't owe money. They have quite a large back room staff and they are all very friendly and give the impression that they are really fans of the club and that it's not just a job. He said on the radio tonight that Romanov invited him along to the Hearts Celtic game last week, but he said he couldn't make it as he wouldn't have managed to feed all his animals in time to make the journey. Priorities !!
  3. I have them so you can come and get one from me or I can try to drop one off to you if you PM me with your address or phone number. I had some with me tonight and sold a few.
  4. In fact they are on the front page too. Poor Charlie is a bit embarassed about all the fuss, but he has taken it in good spirit and appreciates that it's for a good cause.
  5. Well girls congratulations. PAGE 3 no less. Nice article

When I went to school 12am was midnight. 12 noon is pm as that is the minute it changes from am - pm. 11.59am - 12.00pm - 12.01pm etc
  7. They are returning to training around June 21st, regardless of whether or not they make the intertoto cup. Not heard about the pre-season plans yet though
  8. Fraser McCaffrey Sutherland all getting a game. Johnathan Smith gets a stint on the bench, so that suggests that Mark Brown isn't playing. I would like to see him playing a few minutes to keep up his amazing record
  9. Thank you to the two angels who gave up their time for a photo call today. Lauraness and Cutecaleychick hobbled down to the stadium following their HM4 experience. Get your Highland News this week to see the pic and find out a bit more about it.
  10. Mark Brown is indeed on a crazy record of consecutive appearances, so I don't think Fraser will get a start. I would like to see him get a game and he is a good keeper, so I would have no worries about his ability.
  11. ICT - on the park seems like a good forum to talk about a game. See you there, but probably won't make the Innes. We'll be in Rileys pre match I think

Yes only on Sky. I got the highlights this morning free, but none of the game (you often get the first few minutes) Last week we got the old firm game free until the last half hour
  13. Marios shop. It was a great wee shop. I used to get sent from work to get a carry out for my boss - I was only 16 at the time. lol I occasionally go a share of it though. He was a wee free and wasn't allowed to drink at home so he drank at work instead (always Vodka so that you couldn't smell it)
  14. Here's hoping
  15. You can have a Charlie's Angels one if you want We're wearing ours - halos too. First thing you would need is a ticket. :D
  16. This subject was very briefly touched on last night, and by CC's comment I would expect to see John Rankin here in the Summer. He didn't say as much, but reading between the lines I think it is on the cards
  17. I see that they have 4 slots available for screening the additional games. Friday evening, Saturday lunch time or evening or a Monday night. They say Monday night will be their preferred option. Surely Saturday either early or late kick off would be the best time to encourage attendances. David Sutherland felt last night that it is a very positive thing, as he expects most of our extra games will be away games and it will therefore provide a service to the fans who can't or don't go to away games. We might take a relatively small away support, but although it is small it is perfectly formed. There is not much likelihod of there being much of an away support on a Monday night!! SATURDAY PLEASE I'll look for an e-mail address as we are being penalised for our location. It won't make much difference to the clubs in the Central belt. They even say in their press release that many of these extra games will feature Hibs or Hearts.
  18. Another good night. The forum was very informative and fun. Bill McAllister is an excellent MC. Very witty indeed. A bit of an insight into David Sutherland's role in the SPL comittee which was interesting. Rossco spoke well as did Charlie, both gave Pele some credit for helping them to where they are today. Thanks guys for giving up your own time to be there.
  19. Thank you for keeping us up to date with things. Glad to hear that they played well even if they didn't get the breaks
  20. Yes he is a good enough young footballer, but it's no secret that they can't all make it. Charlie said he would be letting a couple go, so I'm glad it's not a first team player.
  21. No good news for us
  22. Post title a bit misleading RIG. That's not what the article says. Charlie wants to keep him, so it depends what's on offer. Obviously if he gets an offer of regular first team football who could blame him for going, but what club can guarentee that? I'm hopeful he will stay as he has still got a lot to offer the club
  23. DEADLINE FOR TICKETS - THURSDAY 27TH. I won't be able to get any more tickets after tomorrow/Friday, so if you are planning going can you please confirm by tomorrow at the latest. And no you don't have to be female to go, it's open to everyone. Indeed there are already quite a few 'brave' men confirmed as going.
  24. Got tickets for the final and these are all allocated now. The tickets are about sold out now so if you don't have your name down, can you PM me as soon as possible so that I can order more tickets if required. Tickets £30 (no concession) Bus £15
  25. RIG oh yes they were :!: :!: :!: :!:
