  1. You are definitely booked Tug
  2. We are also looking to bring 3 in on the back of Rankin's departure
  3. I don't think Blackie is going anywhere just yet. Rankin is unhappy and understandably so with some of the behind the scenes stuff. We are right to hold out for a reasonable fee for him. Looks like it will be Hibs and I suspect that will happen before the weekend.
  4. Malky is disappointed he can't make it, but the change in training schedule with a Sunday game means he will now be at home on Thursday night. He has however, promised to be 1st on the list for our next update meeting and forum. We are very grateful to Mr Sutherland for stepping in.

I should warn you that the Supporter's Trust have entered 2 teams, so be afraid, be very afraid. :rotflmao: :rotflmao:
  6. We have talked about that so that people can join via the website. Not quite got around to that yet as far as I know. Web site is now being looked at and you should see a few changes very shortly. (including updates of the board's sponsored slim :001:) We do have a few overseas members, so there must be a way. You could do it via my paypal if that helps and I'll pass it on. Actually I think you should just pop over with it. :015: No visits planned?
  7. Don't know Alex, you might have to choose between us. :003:
  8. Only 5? :015: :015: Yes no problem, consider it done.
  9. Sounds like we started well, but lost the plot after losing the goal
  10. I'm not sure we would have to replace him as we have plenty cover in midfield.
  11. According to the radio Aberdeen may also be interested if they don't resolve their player issues. We are right to hold out for the best price and the more teams interested the better. Aberdeen wouldn't really resolve his location issues though.
  12. I am certain that the board won't let him go unless their valuation of him is met. If he played today he would be cup tied if he did move and his value may be affected. I think the official line might be that he is carrying a knock. :rolleyes02: If this was a league game I think he might have played
  13. I would hope that the 1000th goal will be relevant to today's game.
  14. 6 changes for Hibs :017: No Rankin, Proctor or Wyness.
  15. Don't want to take this thread off topic, but you are right they don't HAVE to do anything, but if he wants to go then why try to keep him. They are right to hold out for a reasonable amount of money, but I also believe that they will keep him if they don't get a suitable offer. Radio saying that as well as St Mirren and Falkirk, Aberdeen may well also be interested.
  16. :rotflmao: You are just too smart for me Scotty, but that might be a possible scenario. :015:
  17. Team lines could speak volumes. :004: Players who are under transfer speculation may have picked up little knocks. :003: Therefore not being cup tied and possibly worth a bit more if they are to be sold. :023:

They are trying to negoiate a re-arranged date that will suit Sky
  19. Game off Pitch frozen in parts. TV suggest that this will suit Utd more than Clyde. They reckon Clyde were in form to have a chance as Utd had some selection worries.
  20. Great gig for Parkie. :021: :021: Really pleased for him. Hope he doesn't have time to give them too much info before tomorrow. I'm not too happy about the timing though. Wish it was next week they appointed a new management team
  21. Just has to be Dennis. I would also like Barry to get it, but he hasn't been getting a game.

On the otherhand, they do have to listen to potential investors. Some cash wouldn't go a miss at the end of the day, but I suppose it depends on their intentions. Only our board have the fact and we have to trust them to act in the best interests of the club. They have always seen us through in the past so I'm sure they'll do the right thing.

It's the quotes from the chairman, vice chairman and major shareholder that are enough to convince me that the approach has been made. Have you even read the article yet? I have replied to your PM, so can we now keep this thread on topic. This could have a major impact in our club and I think it is very worthy of it's place on the main board.

This not a rumour. Inverness Courier have it on the front page with quotes from Alan Savage, Graeme Bennet and David Sutherland. Whether anything comes of it is another story, but I think we have enough evidence that contact has been made with the club.

I have to agree with that - you just need to look at Hearts as one example. Yes I have to say I agree with that too. Hearts were the first thing that came to my mind.
