  1. Why do people think we should sign Tuffy unless they are wanting rid of Esson? There is no way Tuffy would come to us as a back up keeper, he has got into the N. Ireland squad recently and has had a lot of clubs looking at him.
  2. Heard this as well, nothing cut and dried yet but looks pretty much he might be away. Hopefully it won't materialise and he will stay. Also by the sounds of it Hayes won't be stiking about either, hope he changes his mind and signs on for another year at least :)
  3. What was a bit funny or maybe cringy was when we ran on the pitch at the end of the game and quite a few caley fans thought they were running over to the dundee fans to wind them up and were giving the fingers and signs to the fans behind the goal not knowing that they were school kid caley fans B) Not knowing that Dundee were only in the wee corner to the right! A couple of people actually said to me when i went to pie stall that Dundee had more up than they thought they would, none of them knowing that the stand was split!
  4. We have 4 season tickets in my house and my dad purchased 3 of them but I got my letter this morning and none of the others have yet :P
  5. I guess that means the away stand will be split between home/away fans. Does that mean you can pay into the south stand as home supporters?
  6. They club are giving free tickets to schools for the away end? Are you sure about that, pretty sure that can't be right. Not home end tickets you got through the school? Cookiemonster is correct. Balloch Primary also have been offered tickets for away end. Strange, especially as they havent sold out the home end yet and opened the west stand for sale. would have been better giving free tickets for the west stand. Are they segregating the away stand, I can't see them giving out free tickets to school kids if they aren't going to split it.

  8. When I was in this morning I was told that there were only uncovered areas of the main stand available. You could still buy north stand tickets this afternoon on the website. They have stopped selling tickets on the website now though
  9. Plenty of teams that have won the first division in recent years have released dvd's of their championship season
  10. Anyone know how ticket sales are going? Are we selling tickets for the west stand yet and will there be tickets avaliable on the day?
  11. http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/t..._ct/8652952.stm Looks like Hayes is going to have another offer on the table, hope we get him signed up asap!
  12. ?20,000 camera....yeah right.
  13. What a total load of nonsense. There will be NO fine, there are pitch invasions all over when teams win the league, secure promotion etc. Seem like some people like to moan for the sake of it, a lot of older fans (not all) dissaprove of fans having fun but so what, stuff them. Nothing will happen, its not like it happens every week, this happens when teams win the league and nothing ever happens, it is almost accepted. Look at the amount of pitch invasions in England etc and also how many there have been in Inverness by fans of other teams and there has not been any fines then.
  14. He's like a young Maradona and Pele merged into one super player.
  15. Calm down! That wee traitor McGeady wishes he was as good as Hayes. I'd have Hayes over him anytime.
  16. Hopefully see a few more signed up in the next few days. 3 or 4 year deal for Hayes would be good, then if we do lose him at least we would get a decent bit of money for him!
  17. Nearly. The Green represents the Irish traditions. The Orange represents the followers of King William and the white peace between the two. The tricolour is not the true flag of Ireland. It was adopted by the republicans after the easter risings of 1921 and became the more popular. The proper flag of Ireland is a green background with a harp in the middle Nearly :021: The tricolour is the true flag of Ireland and was confirmed as the national flag in the constitution in the 30's. The flag with the harp on the green background is the flag of Linster and was never the flag for the whole of Ireland.
  18. Well I once quit a job when I was younger becasue my boss wouldn't let me have the day off to go to a Caley game so that makes me...............a bit stupid
  19. I don't think anyone would care to much really, no one is going to see the band anyway. It is just a bonus whoever it is, it's to see Caley lift the trophy that people are going for so whoever the band is no one will be dissapointed with the day.
  20. Yes please
  21. I'd love a pipe band
  22. Falkirk used to have a big beer tent and Brockville where fans of both teams could go and drink before the game, so it's allowed so would be good to have one in the car park before game. Would get people in the ground earlier as well instead of drinking in town before hand.
  23. I reckon it will be the one man band from town!!
  24. Wonder what the musical act will be
  25. Was good last time in the Chieftain at the end of season party would have been good if there was something like that again. There are pictures on the wall at the Caley Club of the trophy being back there after the game when we won the league so hoping they do that again as we will be there after the game.
