  1. Is this serious? Jeez!! Well Butcher would have worked with the team all week, picked the team, set up the tactics and given the pre game instructions to the players. He would have also made the subs and any tactical changes exactly the same as he would of from the bench. Not exactly hard to pass a message down to the dugout. He could have even shouted any messages himself to the players from the mian stand and they would have prob have heard him so really there was very little difference to him being in the stand as opposed to in the dugout. Malpas would not have had complete control over the team for that game!
  2. Someone was saying the bans don't kick in for 14 days? If this is true then they will both be able to play on tuesday. And Renegade do you pick these teams hoping for a response? Eagle at left back...good one
  3. That seems an awful lot, that must be near a third of our allocation. Would have thought we would have sold this game out. Doubt there will be 400 ICT fans going up to DIngwall without tickets
  4. Ok has to be done now...
  5. Pretty sure they dont!! Anyway...County 0-2 ICT, The Rrrrrrrrrrred n Blue!!!!!!!!!!!
  6. How many sardines can you fit in a can.................Them were the days. No such thing as capacity figures. Just keep the turnstiles revolving till the pitch was in jeopardy of invasion. Do we think it'll be a ticket game for the tuesday one at TCS? Wont be all ticket, was about 5,800 last time and with the stadium cow shed holding over 7,700 the game wont be a sell out. Prob be around 5,000 I would think. Fixed it! lol bit confused there!? He was asking about next tues when we're at home!

  8. Yeah the tickets are going on sale at 9am 2mo for the away end in Dingwall. So if you were there then you would be guaranteed a ticket. There isnt going to be a que of hundereds of ICT fans at 9am
  9. Yeah I was just checking tickets for someone so gave the club a phone. There will be tickets on sale tomorrow at Dingwall for the away end on a first come first served basis. There is no idea how many are going to be made avaliable though!! So best get them early before pub if your going through 2mo!
  10. And the Sun had him and Odi as the best players in the team that day Thread not started to boost ego. Thread started to encourage a local youngster to show us all what he really can do. Your not using the Sun as evidence are you!!
  11. Going by yesterday there are still enough tickets left and should be tickets avaliable to buy on the day in Dingwall for the away end. This could have changed over today and friday though if there was a rush so best to phone and see what they are saying.
  12. Um it kinda is since you are saying in your post that he should or will be playing. If you read some of the papers today you'd see he's the favoured choice to replace Foran. And he has the support of the rest of the team in that. Ofcourse he will have the support if he plays, all the team will but I think Butcher is making some strange choices recently which I feel could damage our promotion bid. We need to play our best team, which at the moment doesn't include Ross. He did this last season when he dropped Esson and Mihadjiks (sp?) for a spell. Not sure what is going on with Bulvitis and Sanchez being dropped but we missed Sanchez on sat and especially without Foran we can't afford to be dropping some of our better players, we aren't good enough a team to be doing that. With Foran out we are lacking in players with the ability to create chances in attack and Sanchez is our best option to do that. It is not the time to start messing about with the team.
  13. Um it kinda is since you are saying in your post that he should or will be playing.
  14. Hmmmm...rather have Sanchez in for this one if he's fit. He offers a lot more creativity in attack. Nick Ross can get a run out later in the season once we have wrapped the title up! And maybe come into the team more next season.
  15. We got the Caley club bus last time and just turned up at the Caley club on the day and got tickets for the bus no problem, there was loads of tickets avaliable. I think there were two busses going and there were plenty of seats spare on the bus we were on.
  16. Dundee duff up when clear on goal and all Dundee now....worrying, would take the draw now!!
  17. Sounds like a let off there!
  18. Dundee down to 10 men! Come on Ayr!!
  19. So what you're saying is...Ayr today, gone tomorrow. Yeah i want Ayr to win but if WE were playing them we would be hoping they played bad. You don't say
  20. I really hope your on the wind up. The guy is a bomb scare. he had one ok run against a highland league team but he mis controlled the ball a couple of times and 'one wee defensive mis-cue'?? He had the ball inside his own box and passed it straight to a Clach forward in the box who blasted over the bar, if he does that on sat then its a goal to County. Not on the wind up at all. I've been saying for long enough that Lionel is not a defender. But I really believe he could add a lot to the team from central or left midfield. It might even be worth trying him as an out and out striker. Do you think Barrowboy would have scored last night with that chance that Lionel gifted to Clach? He prob would have and thats saying something! There is no way lionel is a centre midfileder, we would get torn to its against a decent team with him in there. Remember it was a highland league team that looked like they were playing with many teenagers he was up against! Butcher and Brewster before him would have seen Lionel in training and both haven't thought that he could do a job in midfiled or upfront, thankfully! Do you remember once last season where he was actually brought on at left mid? What a disaster that was, he had no idea what he was doing and was passing the ball straight out of the park. Never again was he given a shot outside LB.
  21. Would have to be Dundee with out a doubt! It would be a lot better them winning the league over County from an ICT perspective for a few reasons! Firstly Dundee, if they fail to go up this year may invest more into their squad to insure promotion the following season. This would make the league harder to win next year for us and would be easier instead with County and a relegated Hamilton/Falkirk in it. Also County going up would financialy be bad for ICT, as well as losing the derby from a supporters perspective. We would be losing out on two 6-7,000 crowds and replacing them with crowds of around 3,000, possibly less. Also we would lose out on extra sponsership/hopsitality that the derby brings in. Furthermore sponsers in the Highlands would probably be inclined to put money into an spl club and ICT would lose out on local sponsership in this case.

  23. Are there still copies avaliable to buy?
  24. I actually think, for financial reasons, they'll see the replay as a bigger game that ours and will be wary of injury. Not if they have any belief in winning the league they wont!!
