  1. We've conceded four goals in injury time in the league this season. All were from winning positions and cost us a total of 8 points. The games were Dundee United (twice), Saint Mirren and Saint Johnstone. We also conceded goals against Kilmarnock and Saint Johnstone just before going into injury time. Again, these cost us two points as we were winning at the time so we've lost a total of 12 points this season by conceding goals in the 88th minute to FT. Remember Hearts at home? Cheers. Got my teams mixed up. Updated the original post.

Saint Johnstone shouldn't have been mentioned twice.
  3. Sticking to local talent then I see.
  4. I don't expect anyone / everyone to agree with me Kingsmills so no offence taken. If people did always agree with me the world would be a very miserable place! As for Dundee, they have been relegated because of their consistently poor performances across the season, not because of one incident.
  5. I don't think it is at all. McInnes protects his player from all the flak he is getting but has a word with him away from the spotlight and tells him to cut it out. Some managers will berate their players in public others won't. They all have different styles and maybe this is how McInnes wants to work. Anyway, I see Aberdeen have chosen not to appeal the decision to hand down a two match ban for Pawlett. Translation - we know he's guilty so we're going to fudge some line about an appeal being fruitless when in fact we know it's what he deserves.
  6. Like Stuart McCall? McCall, as far as I know, isn't just in the door at Motherwell. As I say, not all managers do it but a lot do. Even if it's just the classic "I didn't see it" or "I was too far away from the incident" line. Do you know for certain that McInnes hasn't spoken to Pawlett in a more suitable setting to let him know what he really thinks? i.e. away from the glare of the media
  7. Of course it's wrong for MacInnes to defend Pawlett but he's hardly going to come out and berate his own player when he's just in the door. A lot of managers will defend their players to the hilt despite what the majority say. It's part of management to protect your team.
  8. RiG replied to a post in a topic in Caley Thistle
    I like this.
  9. Rumours are it was because he still hasn't signed a new deal.
  10. He was penalised for an alleged foul on Ojamma which gave Motherwell a penalty but I think he was very unlucky with that decision. Overall a very solid performance. I think Warren, Devine, Hogg and Meekings will be our CB next season.
  11. Quite true. Dougal is a troll. His or her inability to back up their comments confirms this.
  12. After tonight's shameful actions by Rangers and Celtic fans at the Glasgow Cup U17 Final let's start by getting rid of both Old Firm clubs from our league altogether.
  13. All the same.... just don't take the bait!!!! With all due respect I look at our stadium as a fan whereas you look at is a freeloader Let's face it wouldn't matter one hoot how many stands it has in your mind, just as long as you have a comfy press room with access to free hospitality with all your cronies Poor man's Frank Gilfeather in my opinion Dougal Why is a stadium with only three sides not suitable for top flight football in Scotland?
  14. Why is a stadium with only three sides not suitable for top flight football in Scotland?
  15. Humphrey plays down the other flank. People are too fixated on Motherwells pace in the wide areas. They have plenty of speed through the middle of the pitch as well.
  16. Why is a stadium with only three sides not suitable for top flight football in Scotland?
  17. How many times does it need to be repeated - whether Raven was the "last man" or not is completely irrelevant. There is nothing in the laws of the game that say a player should be sent off because he is the last man.
  18. Not a red card for me. Few folk mention this fictitious "last man" rule. There was no way it could be classed as a clear goal scoring opportunity.
  19. Liam Keogh likes this.
  20. So it seems one of the reasons that Shinniesta is leaving is that his brother has replaced him with a dog. Well done Graeme!
  21. Good suggestion. Hopefully Butcher is having a good look at this guy before someone else snaps him up.
  22. Lennon is a fool. Classless comments from him as you would expect. The shortlist was the result of player votes. Clearly the players in the SPL didn't think there was a stand-out Celtic player hence why they had so many players on a similar number of votes. In simple terms - dry your eyes you rocket.
  23. What a horrendous jumper he had on earlier.
  24. Higdon for PotS and either GMS or Griffiths for YPotS.
