  1. I'm sorry but it wasn't 'one of these nights'. Why did we only look interested in scoring after we went one nil down? There is no point whatsoever in trying valiantly for the last 10 minutes when the previous 80 have been turgid pish showing no creativity whatsoever. A completely ghastly performance and I really can't see any postives to come from tonight. Even the pie I got was rubbish as well. Not one ICT player can come out of that game (aside from Brown) and think they did a good job. Our tactic of 'punt the ball to Bayne and see what happens' was woefully ineffective. Can we not pass it? Can we not retain posession? Why do we fell the need to leather the ball back to Falkirk at every given chance? And Falkirk were mince as well. We just happened to be about 10 times worse than they were.
  2. I hope crazy shouty manny is in the North Stand tonight! :015:
  3. Falkirk fans on P & B claim less than 100 to make the journey up. Not even sure if there is a bus heading up.

    Whats going on??

No you are quite correct. However this is what you said in your initial post No mention there of anything to do with the number of league goals scored by Bayne. Sop do you think that simply because he ins't scoring he should be taken out of the team? His hard work and graft is setting up half our chances as we persist with this long ball rubbish. As long as we do that then Bayne has to start - it really is that simple. I am also pretty sure that some of the lads got annoyed with Dargo losing the ball quite often in the final third as he attempted to pull off Ronaldinho style flicks so it's not like Dargo can be overly critical of his team mates. Mind who it was who moved offside and scored for us when he should really have looked along the line? It's easy to criticise of course but it's unfair to single out Bayne. I agree with this. I still think RT looks off the pace and he seemed to be very sluggish on Saturday and had the turning circle of a battleship when Conway skinned him for the 15th time.
  5. Yeah its the price for adults that I'm moaning (shock!) about. £15? Come on ICT - get real! £5 for kids is fantastic though.
  6. Yeah I kinda noticed that! As for me being the worst - the "bare faced cheek" of it to suggest such a thing! :015: :016: I don't deny that I am critical. I'd be lying if I wasn't. But I'd certainly like to think I get behind the lads and at least encourage them. Something this guy clearly wasn't doing!
  7. Not during the game Gaz - I'll get behind the guys as best I can. That normally gets taken care of by the guy who was shouting 'Is it just me then!?' for half the game yesterday (:015:) and the guys who shouted 'You're shite Rankin' about 5 minutes into his debut. EDIT: However, I still maintain that any negative comments about Tokely are merited (IMHO) - not that I yelled out Tokely you're pish! - as I think he still looks very unfit. Or maybe Conway is just a lot faster than I thought?
  8. How odd! *This* has appeared on the BBC site :017:
  9. I thought the allegedly would have covered that bit regarding Black. I still haven't seen this 'article'. Fact is though that Proctor got pelters and he never wanted to leave. Dods we know does want to leave the club. Why the differing treatments? Proctors a good lad and from the Caleyjags photos he turned up last week for the ICT v Motherwell game.
  10. IIRC SPL rules state that we have to sell tickets for the covered sections of the ground first before selling any for the uncovered wings of our ground. It's part of the whole 6,000 all seater, covered rules the SPL has. Because the attendance was not past this threshold the club aren't allowed to sell tickets for the wings until the rest of the ground is sold out. However there is nothing to stop people sitting there it seems regardless.
  11. McCabes career is over. He has supposedly had a pace maker fitted and been told he won't play again. Poor guy :007:

Fact is though it was a foul. It was therefore a penalty for Yinited. Would you have been so appreciative for Tokleys little punch if that had lost us the game? I doubt it. Remember Brewster got sent off at Easter Road for similar 'gamesmanship' on the Hibees goalie. Not smart to do. Luckily we were winning at the time IIRC but yesterday Tokleys stupidity could have been a lot more costly.
  13. Do you blame the players for turning in poor performances when they are labelled shite after 3 minutes?
  14. I felt sorry for Proctor and the abuse he copped. He never ever said he wanted to leave the club. He just did because the bid was accepted and he needed first team football. I fully expect the fans to start booing Dods and Black now given that they have made it clear they want to leave (allegedly in Blacks case).

    Whats going on??

He's been our best player recently. Are you honestly thinking that he will only get one more goal this season? Based on the performances I have seen I think he ismost likely to finish our top goal scorer at this rate. No. Dargo was poor. He was wasteful in his shooting, lost the ball and tried too many daft, fancy flicks that didn't come off. Bayne was by far the better of the two up front.
  16. Agree totally Forresjags. Our passing today was woeful and the long ball game is completely ineffective for us.

I didn't think it was funny. And I am sure you wouldn't have been laughing had Clark spotted it and given a penalty which is what he should have done. Remeber Tokleys punch on Novo against Rangers? Think along those lines. Also, Yinited should have had another penalty when Munro was all over Hunt in the area - quite frankly he should know better than to do that. He could have swapped shirts after the game if he wanted Hunts top that badly. Agree about Dargos goal. If he wasn't offside that's a pain but if he was then he really should have been able to stay onside. The substitutions made our midfield go all pear shaped. Rankin and McBain (left footers) ended up on the right! What was that about? Morgan left, McBain inside of him, then Rankin and then Keogh. Indeed midfield is where we lost it in the second half. They were getting by passed for most of the 2nd 45. Agree with the comments about Brown. Thought he played really well and I thought Bayne did well also. Finally, does anyone think we are really playing better football under CC than Brewster? Saw numerous aimless long balls being fired up front today with Tokley guilty of numerous stray passes. He still doesn't look fit and was carved up on numerous ocassions.
  18. The crowd. It really is that simple. Little encouragement and very quick to criticise. No wonder (some of) the lads hate playing at Home.
  19. No. I seem to remember the Dundee United fans getting wood over this fixture a couple of seasons ago. Why was that again? Oh yeah, you were about to be relegated if you didn't win! :015:
  20. I'd gladly support County over Gretna :003:
  21. Barry was underpeforming a season or two back and he will have been the first to admit that. The turnaround since then has been phenominal however and for someone at the 'ripe old age' of 34 he is still looking pretty fit. Perhaps no as fit as he did under Brewster but he is still one of our most dangerous players and a very creative influence for us. I would like to see him given another year.
  22. County 3 - 2 Gretna (ET being played). Mon the County!
  23. Mine has a rear heated windscreen - nae got one at the front. Would you like to swap? I love my Focus! :001: [img width=450 height=338]http://file010.bebo.com/large/2006/06/18/15/245691140a1127290633b698312872l.jpg
