  1. Hearts are normally one of the best clubs when it comes to ticket prices IIRC. In the past they have been as low as £10/£5 but are normally abround £15 and £10.
  2. Nope here is a worse one! :015:

    Wilson for Mackie.

    Worst rumour ever.

    SFA

As someone on P & B pointed out this story is quite humorous now http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/t...ian/6204818.stm
  5. I agree with Caley D as that is certainly how the article came across to me. Lets take a little refresher here. A family of 4 to watch the Rangers game will have spent, to sit in the Main Stand, something approaching £100. Yes it is somewhat more than Non OF games would cost but the fact is if you include food, drinks and a programme or two every 2 weeks (normally) a family would spend £100 to visit ICT. Value for money? I don't think so. The Cup games should have had lower prices but they didn't. I am aware of the difficulties that can occur when attempting to reduce admission (permission of the visiting club being one) but as we have seen in this country reduced ticket pricing works (see Motherwell and Falkirk last season) and Wigan this season.
  6. I got my tickets weeks ago for the bus - cheap day out in Edinburger :001:
  7. He's already admitted he talked to you :016:
  8. Sounded like Loyal Army to me but I don't have a problem with it even if it was. I've already said what some might view as Caley army being "wrong". EWS - point taken about Cardiff.
  9. I don't have a Celtic tattoo :016:
  10. The reason he isn't in the Scotland squad is that he isn't good enough to be in the Scotland squad. The simple fact despite the fact he is a GOOD keeper there are a few weaknesses in his game and thus he is no better than the 3-4 other keepers vying to be the 2nd or 3rd choice to Craig Gordon Of course this is all probably paper talk but it does annoy me when the geography card is played YET again. If he wants to move to Falkirk for a few extra £££'s fair enough but don't pull ths 'I want to play for Scotland and need to move c**p' Exactly. Craig Gordon is by far and away a better keeper than Broonie as things stand. He is fighting for 2nd or 3rd Keeper pick. If he is good enough he will get picked. He is kidding himself, as are the fans, if he and they think it is because of where he plays that is some sort of hinderance.
  11. EWS - you are right. It is stupid and pedantic. Just like you are being with the Loyal Army issue. People who hear 'Loyal Army' and instantly connect it with Rangers are being a bit narrowminded and somewhat bigotted themselves don't you think? Imagine a flag with an ICT emblem with (ICT) Loyal Army on it. Would that be a problem? I'll ask again - why did St. Mirren sing it last week? Why did Cardiff fans sing it against Tottenham? Why do many fans across the UK sing it every weekend they follow their team? HC- we are referred to as Mini Rangers because half our fans support Rangers as well as ICT (or so they claim). It has nothing to do with what we sing.
  12. If Mark Brown 100% honestly believes that playing for ICT is the reason that he is not in the Scotland squad then I am afraid that really doesn't say much for the lad. He is a good keeper and is playing well. The location of Inverness has nothing to do with it.

    WARNING

If anyone is seriously worried about this then the lane they are referring to is the wee one that links Golf Road with King Street. It takes you round the back of some new houses and flats that have sprung up in the Pittodrie area.
  14. Nothing but there's probably just as much 'wrong' with singing that as there is Loyal Army. You're always going to have someone moaning about it 'not being right'.
  15. Glad I could help :015:
  16. Really? St. Mirren fans were singing it the other week. Why would they do that? Cardiff fans were singing it yesterday. Why would they do that? I think to much emphasis is being placed upon the 'loyal' part of the chant.
  17. Brown would not have a significantly better chance of getting trophies or titles if he left us for Falkirk or United. At Falkirk he might get a wee bit more money but that is debateable. At United he would get more money but despite all their claims United are a middle of the league team just now. Therefore he is not really bettering himself in my opinion. Hibs or someone like Aberdeen yes. Falkirk or Dundee United - nope.
  18. Good to see one half of the Old Filth out of the Cup.
  19. That's your choice Joe. The rest of us wanted to sing so we did. Nowt wrong with that and nowt wrong with you not singing either. Every song ICT have is being used by another club so I don't see what the problem with this lack of originiality is? Chris - the 'song' is just Loyal Army! over and over and yes it was the same crew from Dundee and undeed all the Away games this season AFAIK.
  20. Mantis - I think I read somewhere that a shot against the post or bar is considered off target. Mee - love that shot of the Gravy banner :015:
  21. It's normally been: £20 Adults £15 concessions (U 16s Students OAPs etc)
  22. I wanted Vale. Cracking wee ground there. As for the actual draw - I think it's a great/terrible draw. We can easily win it but we can also very easily go out. Not too sure how to feel about it.
  23. Our fans yesterday were brilliant. Not sure how (as the above poster says) we can win. Sing songs - slated No atmosphere - slated ICT is/are a young club and we have NO songs that are 'ours' so to speak so no idea why some people keep harping on about originality. If you honestly get that bent out of shape over something like that then stop going to games seeing as pretty much everyone sings songs that belongs to another club. Any ones that are original are laughed at. What is the problem with Loyal Army? St. Mirren were signing it last week. Went to mow a meadow - we're having a laugh at a football game. My God what a disgrace we are. You don't like - ram it! Sorry but a lot of us go there to have a bit of fun that is all and we were doing that yesterday. "I love ****" - come on guys. Think about it. It's really not that hard.
  24. Brilliant. Everything about yesterday was brilliant :001:
  25. Only thing I would reccommend is to try the SC first thing tomorrow and see if anyone has called off. But don't expect them to be able to accommodate you as they would have arranged how many buses they need days ago I'm afraid.
