  1. yeh - he is doing really well so far....
  2. He has changed it now so expect the frontman to have to do a lot of running and then take on Rooney to do same for last 30 or so.... definitely not all over though - there is a long way to go....
  3. It may well be a bit of a struggle now - will he switch it and play with only one up?
  4. Back to basics with the proven home formation - hope it brings a Hibs performance and result and not a Motherwell one....
  5. Good point - Rangers can play Aberdeen in the other semi then....
  6. Maybe they will turn up this afternoon....
  7. Totally agree - I think it is a big boost for all those remaining - no need to rely on an all Old Firm semi now....
  8. 1 down 3 to go for Caley Stan....
  9. 1-0 the Mirren - could be on....
  10. Not how the bookies see it for each of the matches... . ....but would be happy to see each of those in the semi-finals.... :thumb04:
  11. The higher the better as more money to spend on next season's squad and pay off any outstanding payments we may have to make.... SPL cash pot 2007-08 season 1 - Celtic ?3.06m 2 - Rangers ?2.7m 3 - Motherwell ?1.71m 4 - Aberdeen ?1.53m 5 - Dundee United ?1.44m 6 - Hibernian ?1.35m 7 - Falkirk ?1.26m 8 - Hearts ?1.17m 9 - Inverness CT ?1.08m 10 - St Mirren ?990,000 11 - Kilmarnock ?900,000 12 - Gretna ?810,000 The money I believe is normally paid in three instalments - one at the start of the season - the second at the split - and the third at the end of the season....unless the club has requested an early payment from the SPL for special circumstances i.e. Gretna last season So there is a lot still to play for in monetary terms before May....
  12. Well at least we will get the benefit of his presence until the end of the season. I always suspected that he might be off at the end of the season (and for a fee would have been better) as there are quite a few clubs out there who will be looking for decent centre-halfs next season (I can think of at least one from Glasgow) and he would be able to be purchased for a relatively small fee.
  13. I picked up a couple of XXL tops and a XXXL top up at the club shop for some of my mates before the Hibs game for 20 quid but there was only a few XXL left then with the remainder being mostly XXXL and XXXXL and a few of the Ms and Ls. The Errea sizes are always a mystery as with any Adidas top I am always a Large (40-42") but with Errea you always have to go a couple of sizes up and try them on -I know an XXL with the Errea Black Away top fits ok. Errea's XXL 44-46" must be for big lads (or lassies) who want to go for that skin tight affect....
  14. Like so many I can't actually believe we took more than a point from our visit to Ibrox. Nobody would have dared believe that it was possible after our last few visits to Parkhead or Ibrox but the new management team have indeed turned things around and now just need to keep the ship going in the right direction. so the TB pre-split points accumulator now stands at 8 points and a SC QF place - P6 W3 D2 L1 F7 A3 - still not a bad start....with hopefully a lot more to come.... 01-Feb - ICT v Celtic (SPL) - 0-0 (1 point) 07-Feb - ICT v Killie (SC) - 2-0 14-Feb - DU v ICT (SPL) - 1-1 (1 point) 21-Feb - ICT v Hibs (SPL) - 2-0 (3 points) 28-Feb - ICT v Motherwell (SPL) - 1-2 (0 points) 4-Mar - Rangers v ICT (SPL) - 0-1 (3 points) 7-Mar - ICT v Falkirk (SC) 14-Mar - ICT v Kilmarnock (SPL) 21-Mar - Falkirk v ICT (SPL)
  15. In answer to this thread's question all I can say is INDEED and now all we need to do is stay there....
  16. Item on Pavels - nothing mentioned about contracts though.... DR web-site - Never heard of Inverness.....
  17. Would love to have gone but just been allocated a new project - so of to Qatar - hopefully make it back for the final and buy Alex that pint.... Good luck lads....and lassies....
  18. yip - totally agree - maybe his give youth a chance philosophy may pay of one day.... :thumb04:
  19. I see on the official site that the ICT kilt has had a relaunch....good news for those that were asking about it recently.... Official Site - ICT Kilt The team will look good in that instead of suits at Hampden for the final.... :thumb04:
  20. dont think anyone answered this for you. (The Automatic) Cheers....
  21. TB pre-split points accumulator stands at 5 points and a SC QF place - P5 W2 D2 L1 F6 A3 - not a bad start.... 01-Feb - ICT v Celtic (SPL) - 0-0 (1 point) 07-Feb - ICT v Killie (SC) - 2-0 14-Feb - DU v ICT (SPL) - 1-1 (1 point) 21-Feb - ICT v Hibs (SPL) - 2-0 (3 points) 28-Feb - ICT v Motherwell (SPL) - 1-2 (0 points) 4-Mar - Rangers v ICT (SPL) 7-Mar - ICT v Falkirk (SC) 14-Mar - ICT v Kilmarnock (SPL) 21-Mar - Falkirk v ICT (SPL) I would still be happy with 6 points and a semi-final place from the 4 home games and a point from the Rangers game as a bonus....then on to the Falkirk Stadium for the big one....
  22. If it is the case and he has still not been offered a permanent long term deal then it really does show a lack of ambition. I agree that even if we were to go down we would be able to command a fee if somebody came in for him instead of him leaving for nothing. The Pavels situation has been discussed now a few times and I actually expect him to be off at the end of the season irrespective of us staying up or being in the SFL next season probably to one of the other SPL sides. Latviaman - I would forward the info on your other player to Ross County - I am sure they would pick him up and like many other County players will find his way to us eventually anyway - it will only just cost us a little bit more in money and time.....
  23. Plenty of effort but not to be today but will take wins against Falkirk and Kilmarnock in the next two weeks....will be interested to hear the comments of those at the match....sounded like Imrie got MoM....
  24. Scotland have another try though.... ICT are creating chances though so hopefully can still get something out of the game....
  25. St.Mirren 5-0 down and still 30 mins to go.... Interesting substitution - Rooney still left on the bench
