Vote of no Confidence
Our biggest problem is the fact that we can't get rid of the source of all of these problems until he's had enough. Unfortunately there are fans that simply won't hear a bad word said about him as well...

Vote of no Confidence
Agree whole-heartedly. The sad thing is it's taken this long for the some fans to see it...

Brewsters Battle Cry
Malcolm Thomson, our assistant manager. Picking up footballs is probably about all he's good for...

Supporters Trust Meeting
Just to add to what CaleyD has said, if the statement in any way suggested that the ST and the fans should be behind Brewster, it would not be representative of the views expressed at the meeting.

Supporters Trust Meeting
George Fraser on North Tonight: "I've already said we'll be investing in new players for the team to help retain our SPL status" "We don't run a closed shop here, the opposite in fact" :thumb04: You know the rules on personal abuse. A.M

Hibs Duo (merged)
Good question. I suppose there's Wyness, who was on loan to us from both Aberdeen and Hearts before signing properly. I thought Darren Mackie played well on the rare occasions when he easn't injured. He actually played a key part in getting us to the SPL when he created a late winner at Raith to set us up for the Clyde showdown. When Mackie was playing for us he just looked disinterested. I forgot all about Dennis - He always was just ICT to me though...

Hibs Duo (merged)
Have we ever had a loan signing come in and do well for us? I'm struggling to think of any that have done well!

Trialists (merged)
I'm sure I recall Latviaman saying he'd attempted to get in contact with the club about a Latvian player being available and wanting a move to Scotland...

Supporters Trust Meeting
I have a feeling the club will view it just as that though, that they have won. I was surprised/disappointed to hear someone bringing up the old "but it's difficult to bring players to Inverness" also the frankly ridiculous "I can't think of one manager available within our reach to replace Brewster"... Sums up how some of our support are I guess...

Hibs Duo (merged)
Gathuessi was honking for Hibs in his first game for them. Dangerous passes across his box that didn't reach the player ripe for an interception and the like. I hope for our sake, he's improved since then!

Tokely at Right Wing
This would be the Aberdeen game where Aluko not only roasted Tokely for the whole game but Proctor as well? Tokely was abysmal at right midfield.
-
GOOD BACKBONE
Having seen the players under two different managers now, Tokely, McGuire, and Duncan are not likely to improve under new management. Hastings might improve as it only seems to be since Brewster has been on his own (Since Park left) that he has lost the ability to play. I think this is down to him not being sure of what is asked of him - which in turn is down to Brewster "leaving the football to sort itself out on the day". Barrowman and Wood would almost certainly come good under new management, because a new manager would be able to see that they need to be paired with a striker that can complement them.

Team for Partick
I'd agree almost entirely with that but swap Tokely with Proctor for me and you have a winning team that will take care of itself (something that will appeal to Brewsters training methods). We will of course, never ever see a lineup like that as long as Brewster is in charge. Edit: And swap Hastings with McBain.
-
GOOD BACKBONE
From the regulars, Tokely, McGuire, Hastings, Duncan, McBain (in his current position), Barrowman and Wood are not good enough for the SPL at this moment in time. From that list, I feel only Barrowman and Wood have the potential to improve in their current positions, whereas McBain would improve if played at left back. By my reckoning, we need at least 5 good quality players.

Trialists (merged)
More importantly, if this player plays for a team owned by Vlad - if he is any use at all, why is he not playing for Hearts?... My minds already 75% made up about this player.

Grassa
I'm listening to you in disbelief.
-
Grassa
It is their lack of communication and general aura of arrogance that has turned many fans against the board of directors.
-
Grassa
It's unbelievable how blinkered you are. There was no point in them bothering if they are content to sit on their hands and watch us wither away and drop out of the SPL.

Supporters Trust Meeting
He's certainly invited. All shareholders are invited. I hope he attends and I'll let him know exactly what I think of him.

Grassa
Slowly but surely more and more people are becoming aware of just how incompetant our board of directors and others at the club really are. In an ideal world, I'd like to see a board made up of independant parties who are not there to just add weight to one persons decision in a vote. None of this majority shareholder business especially not if the shareholder in question is not on the board. I'd like to see each member of the board have an equal share in the club with the Supporters Trust and it's share represented in the board room by the chairman of the Trust. Also in an ideal world, David Sutherland would not have been allowed to leave the board and be held accountable for his incompetance. Sadly this is not an ideal world we live in

Grassa
Alex, regardless of what has been said on here about his role at the club, he does not do it for nothing...
-
Grassa
Got to feel sorry for his son, but I have no sympathy for Grassa. If he is doing his best, then his best is simply not enough and he should vacate to allow someone who is up to the task to take over.

Brewsters Battle Cry
FFS, he's already had 18 months to prove he can do anything - Why does he deserve any more time now?

Why on Earth would we need a coach? Brewster coaches the players on how to run around a lot and football will take care of itself on the day. Where's that tongue in cheek smiley?...
