  1. What game were you watching? McCurry and that fat linesman are a disgrace to Scottish football. That's exactly what's wrong with Munros game. He just doesn't think, he instinctively just puts the laces through the ball - or at least tries to. Goal number 2 is directly Munros fault because he tried and failed to hoof the ball away when all he had to do was take a touch, not panic and pick a pass. I don't care if he is the captain, drop him until he's learned how to pass a ball.
  2. Agree with pretty much all of that except about Zadi. Zadi's at his best when he's under pressure but as soon as he's got time to play a ball he's dysmal - leading me nicely on to Munro and Tokely. Get Duff & Proctor in there against Falkirk. McCurry's performance was nothing short of criminal today.

To be fair to Renegade here, I think it's a bit daft to sing about County when we're not playing them. Kilmarnocks "Hello, Hello" rendition is all about their hatred of Ayr United, they sang it when they played us in the cup and it just made them look stupid IMHO.
  4. Esson Tokely Mihadjuks Munro Djebi-Zadi Morais------Kerr----Black------Foran Rooney Imrie Hook Imrie when he's knackered and push Foran up front - stick McBain out on the wide left.
  5. Another good point that can be taken from the game is that it appears there is life after Ian Black leaves!
  6. About 2 or 3 of their fans got turfed from section G of their end after Proctor scored. Then the polis spent the rest of the half watching the whole section very carefully. Poor game but delighted with the win! Imrie ran himself into the ground but other than that, what else did he contribute? I'd still rather see Rooney and Foran up front with Imrie at left midfield. Also come back Ian Brines, all is forgiven! If Muir referee's another game of ours ever again, it'll be too soon.

Have me down for the home win I think positivity has increased exponentially among our support recently!

He was playing as striker for the final 10mins along side Rooney. Yes he was good at left midfield, however I felt he was far better up front.
  9. You want specific examples of when I have seen him play well at centre back?... Jog on pal... Just ask any Pars fans about their memories of him at centre back.

  11. How so? Byrne is a terrible left back but IIRC he does a good job at centre back. More than what can be said for McGuire...
  12. Not really. I actually lost count of the number of times he was solely at fault for goals conceded. In fact in his last appearance for the club he played an integral part in shipping two goals to St Mirren... Fair enough he wasn't fit and should never have played, but surely he's big enough to stand up and say "I really don't think I'm fit enough to play". He'll do as cover for our cover (Jamie Duff & Richie Byrne) but should go at the earliest opportunity.
  13. The time to punt McGuire was a long time ago. He was alright when on loan to us but as soon as had a permanent contract, we'd have probably got more results if he hadn't turned up. Punt ASAP please.
  14. If we draw Celtic away - take them to a replay and then beat them, then get drawn against Rangers in the next round... That would be my ideal scenario... Ok, but the chances of that happening are slim to none. Even if we did draw one of the ugly sisters in the draw, the chances of us getting through can't be great. The alternative, a home draw against a diddy team like Airdrie, Dunfermline or Forfar - Beat them comfortably in front of a 2000-3000 crowd, proceed to Hampden play a lower half SPL club and we get half the gate. Even if we get beaten, the combination of what I've suggested beats taking just half the gate from a Parkhead or Ibrox draw...
  15. I fail to see the logic in wanting to cash in on the OF in the next round... If we draw someone we can beat, not only do we increase our potential winnings from the scottish cup anyway but we'd have another game to play with another half gate to take from Hampden no less!

Agreed 100% This seasons shirt is one of the ugliest I have ever seen.
  17. I meant in the sense that he didn't give the penalty and only a free kick.

Foran was getting his head to just about everything Esson sent his way from a goal kick! He was unlucky not to score from the terrible pass back to Combe and he put in an even better performance in the last 10mins of the game when he was partnering Rooney! What more do you want to see from him?! Incidently I think we have found the perfect strike partnership in Foran and Rooney...

By definition, stating that RiGs reason for not travelling is lame, you are therefore criticising him. Quite how you think you're not criticising is a bit of a mystery...
  20. The winner from Airdrie Utd/Dunfermline will do me fine, home or away.
  21. Only for the penalty decision. Brines is easily one of the worst referee's to grace Scottish football.
  22. Quite sure? I mean, I was only having a go at Ralphie here if he was indeed Craig Brewster - but if he's not, where was the need for the personal attack on me?
  23. Quite hot under the collar for someone who's not Craig Brewster... Don't get me wrong, I am delighted that you're no longer wasting the time and money of the club I support 100% :thumb04:
  24. As I mentioned in the other thread, I hope Ralph Milne Craig Brewster gets what's coming to him from Wilson, Hart and Watt. Just when you thought he couldn't be any more of a c**t if he tried, he pulls this trick out the bag...
  25. Voted Falkirk. Not really doing that well and Yogi seems to be having a prolonged case of Brewster-itis (not seeing when a system isn't working and if he can, he refuses to change it)
