Roll call for dungwall
This. I hope Noddy remembers to get my ticket!

Wingers On The Wrong Sides
I disagree entirely. Proctor has been sound defensively at right back - his vision, and therefore ability to pick a pass from right back is completely infuriating though. As I said on a different thread, the defences ability to defend, is far more important than being able to pick a "Hollywood pass". Changing the defensive lineup that conceded a goal though a penalty on Tuesday and kept a clean sheet yesterday would be criminal IMO. It's pretty clear that the only change that needs to occur is in putting someone that is more productive in place of Nick Ross.

Team for County
Bulvitis is a defender supposedly. Thus, his lack of defending ability is a bit of a problem, no?

Team for County
This is going to be one of the many games coming up that either makes or breaks our promotion bid. We can't afford to play like we played today against a well organised outfit like County. With that in mind: Esson Proctor Tokely Munro Golabek Odhiambo Cox Duncan Hayes Sanchez Rooney Although Nick Ross scored our goal today, I really struggle to think of anything else he did today. We can't afford to have any passengers in the team - so for that reason, Ross is replaced with Sanchez and I've kept Proctor at Right Back because the thought of Bulvitis being back in the team to play the tinks scares the crap out of me.

Team for Morton
Same team again please. If only the defence would communicate I think we'd have less problems in that area.

Stadium ownership
Perhaps not forgotten by folk, but it is exactly attitudes like this that will ensure that the questions are never answered. Is it any wonder why the general public, generally disappoint me?

ICT to appeal Niculae decision
The club had long enough to attempt to. As has been mentioned, Marius now has a ruling in his favour saying he is owed a large sum of money. If it was you, would you be willing to take less than you were owed to settle out of court?

ICT to appeal Niculae decision
It was the first thing that caught my eye while glancing over the release. I'm sure the reasoning cited at the time was either wedding/honeymoon related, IIRC?
-
ICT to appeal Niculae decision
No one else spotted the blatant spin on what happened then? I'm pretty sure at the time, I remember reading along the lines of "the club gave him permission to go to Bucharest..."

Time-shares in football shirts... I think you're onto something D!.

Shinnie going on loan
Yup. What's the point in farming him out to a Highland League team? I'm struggling to see the reasoning behind this decision.

Raith Rovers -V- ICT : matchday thread
Route 1 from us thus far apparently. If that continues I reckon it'll finish 0-0.

Is Shinnie away on loan or is he still with us? I find it absolutely ridiculous that DZ is on the bench...

Stadium ownership
If that were the case, I'd argue it was 100% worth it! No doubt Montgomery Burns would just have Smithers release the hounds though.

Stadium ownership
Nice copy and paste. If you were to go down to TCS and stand in the centre circle - you are not trespassing. They could ask you to leave and if you refuse the police can become involved, but it still isn't trespass.

There is no such thing as a trespass law in Scotland.

Tokely was at left back IIRC.

Stadium ownership
Not as far as I'm aware but I could be wrong.

Squirrell (Ewan Murray - the journo) used to post on this site in one of its previous incarnations as the poster "cyril". He had an unhealthy obsession with phallically shaped objects. If he wasn't banging on about Liam Keogh's dong that he gawked at "one time in a toilet" he was describing people as "making a horses walloper of themselves" or other such genital related observations.

Quite what you're arguing here is beyond me. BARROWMAN NEVER GOT CHANCES!!!! What part of that is difficult to comprehend?!

Kilmarnock -V- ICT : matchday thread
Preposterous extrapolation of what I have said. Have a re-read of my points and then post again. See above. Also, care to point out where I have said that Barrowman is the better striker? I can't back that up therefore I did not say that. See above. I find it interesting to see the number of people willing to jump on a bandwagon and just make stuff up from a post that they haven't read properly. Anyway, after watching the highlights last night - it's pretty clear that Shinnie is the only left back we have left at the club capable of playing. With Golly out injured at the moment and Lionel, well he just plain can't play football, Shinnie can do a job for us there under the guidance of Munro. Lionel simply cannot play another game for us this season - he can't be trusted.

Kilmarnock -V- ICT : matchday thread
That's not a strike rate. Strike rate is number of goals scored from shots taken. I'd put money on Rooney having one of the worst goals from shots ratio in the country, never mind the league.
-
Kilmarnock -V- ICT : matchday thread
To be fair to Barrowman, he was hardly ever played. When he was played, he was either played out of position or didn't receive the service he needs. Rooney appears to be Butchers favoured striker - but why? I'd be embarrassed of his strike ratio.
-
Kilmarnock -V- ICT : matchday thread
You're deluded. Rooney is a poor striker, no better or worse than Andy Barrowman. Give us the table of stats on the divisions attempts to goals ratio. I'm sure that will tell a very different story. Rooney is a poor striker playing for what is at the moment, a very poor team indeed.

If you want to play with semantics I suggest you don't do it with me. IMO we are not a good team. If we were a good team, I wouldn't find it a chore enduring the cold to watch unentertaining "sport". This season, all that has kept me going back is the craic with my mates. You can disagree all you like about whether teams are better than us or not. The fact is, we can't defend well, we can't attack well and we can't control a game. All the signs of a team that really isn't very good.
