Not buying this "aww poor Butcher" route you're going down here. There's a f**k of a lot more he could be doing. Like: How about playing 2 strikers from the start? How about playing Sanchez behind the strikers? How about dropping Eagle, Duncan and Bulvitis? How about fining players that don't perform to an acceptable level? How about listening to the fans instead of telling them to f**k off?

It helps if we have a team we can get behind. I left todays game feeling like I couldn't care less. We're getting the same attitude from the majority on the field and in the dugout.

End of rant, roll on our 1-0 victory away to Raith and then getting horsed at home on Saturday again.

I'd like to see us line up with: Esson Proctor Tokely Munro Golabek Ross Cox McBain Hayes Foran Barrowman Drop Bulvitis for crimes against defending. Drop Duncan for crimes against passing. Drop Eagle for crimes against er.... winging? Also drop Sanchez because I think he will provide more coming off the bench for Cox, leaving McBain to hold the midfield together and Sanchez playing just behind the strikers. With a bit of luck we'll see a convincing performance and a win, but I'm not holding my breath.

Just calling it like I see it. We do not have the quality to mount a title challenge. It really is as simple as that. We have a handful of very good players, who we are frankly lucky to have. What about my second paragraph? I make no secret of the fact that I think the current board and Sutherland are... well - "not good for the club" I'll say. The problems are there for all to see, it's just a case of doing a little digging. Season ticket holder in the North Stand thank you very much. I go to the football because I support my local team. Tell me something, why do you wear rose tinted spectacles to the games?...

Smarties have the answer. I think Golly is a temporary solution to our left back problem. The real solution is Shinnie. Golly should be shaping him up to be a winger eating monster.

Deflect deflect deflect! Butcher has built a team with what little resources he has been provided. For that, he is to be commended. The way things stand (bearing in mind they have had two whole months to gel as a team - more than enough time in my opinion) we will not be getting promoted at the end of this season. The only thing that will change that is if Sutherland get's off his arse and opens the purse strings for Butcher. There are the facts, I will leave you to figure out whether someone of "my mentality" can get behind a team that is so poorly looked upon by those who run it.

He's certainly not running the club for the football or the money. Selfish is nearly there though. Mr Sutherland thinks/hopes that he'll become a legend in Inverness for everything he's done for us. Fat f**king chance of that sunshine.

I can't believe that pish cost me ?15. Bulvitis - Terrible, terrible player. What the hell has happened to him?? We need a decent centre back in January and get rid of this pretender. Golabek - Guilty of crimes against the passing game. Long ball all day from him, just not good enough. Duncan - as normal a liability in midfield. Eagle - Didn't see the goal but my god he looks like the slowest winger ever. How the hell did he get a contract?! Sanchez - I don't think we're playing him in the right place. If we could find a decent holding midfielder and play him with Sanchez in an attacking centre mid role behind the strikers, I think we'll see the best from him. Foran - An immense shift from him today. Take a bow son.
