Sensible question actually. Which deserves a sensible answer. Simple answer is BANDWITH. We pay for the amount of bandwidth we use and now that we have moved to VPS hosting instead of 'shared' we pay 5 times the amount we used to !!!! For that reason, and because we pay this cost out of our own pockets, we restrict the display of full threads to registered and logged in members to save that precious bandwidth. If someone is so interested in seeing what is written they can surely spare a couple of minutes to register? Registration is, always has been, and always will be FREE.

funny that .... if you go to the stats section of the site (ie. the squad or matches link in the "Team Info" menu entry at the top of the page) you can filter all the results to show these sorts of answers ......... Whilst overall totals for players who were with us before 2004 may not be correct as we still have results and stats to add ... all SPL stats are correct.

They spoke about it on Sportsound earlier when one of the conspiracy theorists asked about penalties awarded (or not awarded) to the OF .... ICT have had 5 so far this season before today and as far as I know Rooney has taken and scored them all ... so 6 penalties now and 6 scored in the league and he also scored one in the League Cup V Peterhead.

Hibs down to 10, Hanlon red carded for deliberate handball ... penalty to ICT, Rooney scores it. 2-0

Hamilton were in bottom spot at the start of today and still are .... Aberdeen were 11th and still are ..... St Mirren were level on points with Aberdeen but one goal better off so above them in the table. The only change to the table today so far .... is ICT up to 4th and Motherwell down to 5th

As far as I know, it should be ready to go live within the next week or two but dont quote me on that Not sure about how the international orders will be handled though as the previous shop had exorbitant rates for sending orders overseas. I don't doubt for one minute they are not but you chose Celtic first unless i'm mistaken That makes me even more intelligent then doesnt it ... for realising my mistake and rectifying it !!! However, as with many of your more tedious posts, you are only spouting half-truths .... It wasnt a case of choosing Celtic first .... It was not possible to support ICT prior to 1994 so I chose Caley first and was a Caley supporter who had Celtic as his 'big team' like so many others who supported Caley but followed other teams too. I was a semi-regular at Telford Street prior to the merger (work permitting) and the first time I set foot in Parkhead was in the away end as an ICT supporter ! Even the most refusenik of refuseniks (Kavs) conceded that my support for ICT (and lack of support for Celtic) from day 1 of ICT was not in doubt. Despite his hatred of the way ICT came about, he could respect people following their hometown team "whose name he would try never to mention" !!! I have never tried to hide my allegiances - present or former, and dont need to hide behind an anonymous pseudonym to have a dig at anyone, veiled or otherwise. As someone at ICT once told me .... "the musings of anonymous posters whose only function in life seems to be to try and wind folk up are, quite frankly, irrelevant". Incidentally - on the subject of female referees .... Toronto FC had 3 games refereed by a (FIFA listed) female ref in the Canadian Championship in 2008 and 2009 and she did a good job ... better I would say than most of her male counterparts in MLS. And even the ref who was 'groped' in the clip handled the situation with common sense !

Thats definitely an interesting debate .... "what if ......" . I think we would all be 10,000% more vociferous (and negative) about all things Dundee, possibly even visiting DFC fans on the forum, if they had won the league. However, by extension, the original "what if ...?" question begs another one .... "if they had won the league would they have been in such deep doo-doo?" .... Personally, I think it is quite possibe that this situation may not have arisen as the financial uplift gained by reaching the SPL would have been more than enough to pay the taxman and it would be business as (un)usual for them. This debacle is a consequence of them taking a huge gamble on promotion (probably not for the first time) and then their bottle crashing.

If he werent a DFC supporter - through their good years and bad - I get the feeling he would be an ICT one .... he certainly has a soft spot for us and has added and contributed to hundreds of different discussions over the years .... stop being so parochial 'theweescot' ! Now ... back to the discussion ... I too have no sympathy for Dundee Football Club or for anyone involved in running them into the ground barely seven years after it happened the last time ! I dont care if those involved were directors, officials, or members of Dee4Life who suddenly found themselves at the trough with all the rest, or ones who maybe knew what was going on or what might happen and turned a blind eye to what was staring them in the face ... they are all equally guilty. I also think that some of those who are carping about the 25 point penalty need to 'stfu' and realise that unlike Gretna or Livi, they actually have a chance to avoid relegation and were treated more lightly by the beaks than either of the aforementioned teams (probably because of the timing if nothing else). However, the ones i DO feel sorry for are the normal, genuine fans who are merely supporters of the team with no power, influence or arrogant attitudes - like Heilandee - as it is them who would suffer the worst if DFC went the way of Gretna. I would never gloat about the demise of any team - not even County or Livi - as virtually any football team in Scotland is only but a short distance away from that self same abyss !!!!!

Tuffey - N.Irish Sanchez - Spanish Blumenshtein** - Israeli Gillet** - French Munro (30), Tokely (31), Duncan** (30), McBain (36), Golabek (36), Innes** (34) - all probably too old in the eyes of Levein who is bringing in younger players. Shinnie, Ross, Morrison, Sutherland** - too young for full squad, Ross is in the U21 sqaud .... Proctor** - injured Which leaves ..... McCann & Duff, - are they worthy ? Yup would agree. I said exactly this at the time of his appointment. He was the same at Motherwell in terms of PR and interviews and dare I say it he brings the same passion to ICT as a manager as he did to England and Rangers in his playing days (and probably Ipswich too). Whatever he does in terms of man management be it iron fist or velvet glove at the appropriate times it is obviously working
