It has been posted on other message boards that away supporters of many clubs are now being videod by the police - in some instances quite openly. I think we all understand the need to get rid of some kinds of supporters from the game but I believe that some things are being taken too far. I think I'll do a wee bit research on what to do if something like what happened to the Airdrie fan happens to one of us. I'm sure I've seen something some where.... One thing I guess we shouldn't do is inflame any situation but it may be useful for fans to know what they can and cannot do when challenged by stewards or police...

it's been posted before that for all Celtic games you now need a ticket to get in through the turnstyles - a bit like Aberdeen in a way. some of the folk in the central belt have bought tickets from our ticket office and as it was too late to post them out they are being sent down on the team bus. Celtic have told someone that any unsold tickets will be returned then too and can be bought at their ticket office so that should help some of the fans who haven't managed to get tickets yet. It might be after 2 when they get them though..

Don't Aberdeen have the best Away support outside the Old Firm? Self proclaimed of course but probably true. Also, do Aberdeen not also charge OF teams more when visiting Pittodrie? I know we have now gone down that route. And i think that it's wrong that we have RIG. What will happen then is that the other grounds will hike up the prices when we go there. That already happens when the the OF play each other - £32 a game!! Shocking! The Supporters Club Federation tried at one time to get clubs to have a maximum price for games rather than a minimum one but - not surprisingly - the clubs weren't in favour.... I know that this may be the wrong forum for posting this but I feel that it is really important that we remember those who have given and continue to give their lives for us - regardless of our personal feelings of right and wrong of the situation. Take a wee moment just to read this poem - it's really moving.. "Please wear a poppy," the lady said And held one forth, but I shook my head. this must be the first time for a long time that we have played a game on Saturday 11 November. I know the KO isn't at 11am but What do folk feel about having a minutes silence before the game in rememberance of all those who have been lost in past conflicts (and those in peacetime too)? We need to keep remembering.. Personally I would be all in favour of it. And i would not only be remembering them but all those close to me who are no longer with us.. Absent Friends...

FBO's have been the subject of many a discussion at Supporters Group meetings for the last year or so and ALL groups have raised their concerns about it and continue to do so. Unfortunately it is now law so it will be much harder now to repeal this. On the issue of Breach of the Peace, for many years now Breach of the Peace AT A SPORTING EVENT has been treated much more severely than an 'ordinary' Breach due to the potential for it to cause 'incitement'.....
