  1. Do you get marionette strings that long? ;)
  2. John Terry playing away from home.
  3. I have a V plate Mondeo Estate Ghia and I 'm willing to accept a football stadium with at least 3 stands, the lease of the land it's built on, a football club and a cash payment for the balance circa ?2 000 000. Dead wood must be removed before I take ownership. Applications will only be accepted on production of receipts.
  4. Quite bitter actually. I'd rather either Falkirk or St Mirren came down regardless of who goes up. Obviously I would love it to be us but I have no issue with Dougie so wish him all the best.
  5. What do you mean by that? We are his only adulthood employer and his contract runs out at the end of the season, he hasn't been approached to the best of my knowledge and is weighing up the possibility that he'll have to move on. He is also now contemplating that a move could be better for him anyway as he could get a team at a higher level. St Mirren regard him highly you know.
  6. Can't argue with that. :D You're welcome to them both.
  7. Hibs 2 points behind second with a game in hand, interesting days ahead.
  8. Creative accounting.
  9. paid
  10. As I understand it, this is not the land surrounding the stadium but to the west of the Kessock Bridge. Mr Catto certainly scored with this deal and it would also be easier to relax any limitations on the use of the stadium land.
  11. damp
  12. I would be careful before making accusations like that Jay. The ownership of the stadium and leaseholding may be as clear as mud but what is clear is that they are not the clubs assets to strip. Before the club can rebuild there needs to be a foundation to build upon, we need a management team under a longer term contract and key players signed up for continuity in the squad.
  13. Thought Vigurs signed an extension?
  14. lame
  15. club :)
  16. clan first one to post "club" wins then?
  17. Any other club would be looking to confirm the managers position before dealing with the players and I can't see Butcher staying for SFL1 football and tight budgets. Trying to put the cart before the horse. My immediate concern is the treatment of Tokely, he should be tied up for another couple of seasons at least.
  18. Pick 6 numbers between 1 and 49. :)
  19. Whoosh! I was only teasing Mahonio.
  20. Whats so funny? :) Is it there yet? Is it there yet? Is it there yet? Is it there yet? Is it there yet? Is it there yet?
  21. flan
  22. :)
  23. Investment is the word you are looking for, not toys. I am not sure that it really matters who actually owns the property as long as we have a reasonable rent that allows us to continue operating as a football club. If the rent is causing the club financial difficulties then David Sutherland has a conflict of interest. Major shareholder vs Landlord. What would serve David Sutherlands financial ambitions best may not serve his own best interests. As the value of the estate rises (and it will continue to do so) so shall the potential rent, eventually the club could fold and the stadium & surrounding lands lease be developed or sold on. What I'd like to see is a statement from David Sutherland about his plans for ICT over the next ten years, five years or even five months for that matter.
  24. Why is it surprising? Should there be more defending the Board? If I had a volunteer who was making waves in my organisation I'd want him to stop. 1. Was Darren CaleyD's line manager in that post? If so he was the man to raise the issue. 2. It was not his right to an opinion just his expression of those opinions on here. He has possibly shown DS up in a bad light by raising questions about DS's motives around the property dealings around ICT, even though it is still possible that DS still has the clubs best interests at heart. I can't blame DS for trying to protect his childrens inheritence. 3. CaleyD made it clear that he wished to continue to share his views (good man) which the club could not accept. My way or the highway? Simples.
  25. Agreed, but at the moment Fiona's getting pelters and it's out of order.
