  1. I can't really add to the previous comments as they have described exactly how the team performed today. No idea how to break down a packed defence or how to defend a quick counter attack
  2. Well said STFU
  3. Some great attacking football tonight culminating in superb goals. What a transformation from the last home game against Momtrose. A great evening's entertainment

First class idea and a superb read. Well done to all those involved
  5. All the best for 2025 to every supporter, poster and the players, management and staff
  6. I agree the referee was dreadful but he was correct in not awarding a free kick for the passback as it was delivered by the defender's knee which is allowed under the rules of the game
  7. A deserved victory over a poor Annan side who didn't manage one shot on target during the 90 minutes. it wasn't the most exciting game but I'll take 1-0 wins in every every match between now and the end of the season.
  8. Same lame excuses after every game. Is he the only person in the ground that can't work out you need to move forward quickly and not backwards and sideways at a snail's pace in order to put the opposition under pressure and perhaps even score a goal of two into the bargain? I coached for many years and I always thought the idea was to beat the opposition not hand them points game after because of poor tactics.
  9. Week after week the same walking pace football with no penetration. Is this how Ferguson wants the team to play? He complains we don't score enough goals but if we play this backwards and sideways stuff what does he expect.
  10. I note that in his various pre and post match interviews Ferguson keeps going on about how young and inexperienced the team is but then plays very few of those he is talking about until the last few minutes of games. It will be interesting to see how many he actually starts against Cove.
  11. The work that Craig and his team do is incredible. Not just with the youngsters but also with the slightly (?) older walking footballers on a Thursday. I applaud each and every one of them - a great example to show up certain factions of the club
  12. Oh for a bit of pace when we gain possession in midfield. Why must the players stop, turn round and pass the ball backwards or sideways when a quick forward pass would be much more effective
  13. He still gets more in one week than I have to survive on for a month! I bet he a!so had a car and expenses
  14. Interesting to see if Ferguson changes his tactics and attitude to our younger players following Alan Savage's involvement particularly as he is a great believer in our youth academy.
  15. Couldn't agree more DD
  16. Slow, slow, slow, slow, slow! What a boring set up Ferguson seems to think is progressive football. If only the players could sit in the stand and see what we fans have to put up with perhaps they might decide that going forward instead of sideways and backwards could actually result in goals. However it would appear that the manager wants this sleep inducing format to continue as he obviously lacks the coaching knowledge to change tactics. Perhaps it's therefore time to change those in charge
  17. It looks as though Ferguson is still going to insist on playing negative football this season despite it proving a disaster last season. What will it take him to realise the error of his ways? We definitely need a fresh manager with fresh ideas.
  18. Final score Raithh Rovers 1 ICT 0. 86th minute winner
  19. Spot on. Let's hope our youngsters know the way forward this season despite what Ferguson might dictate
  20. Just added to the original card at no charge
  21. Maybe playing without a goalkeeper this season will at least mean Ferguson will have to abandon his ultra defensive tactics and actually try and score goals instead! We can only live in hope
  22. Another excellent and articulate piece from Doofers Dad. I agree with every point he makes and look forward to hearing from the club asap
  23. The sooner the better. He wouldn't play our own youngsters last season and I can't see his attitude changing so who actually decided that it would be youngsters and locally based players this season?
  24. I'll renew my season ticket when Gardiner and Ferguson go and the move to Kelty is scrapped
