I do think the club could do a lot to gey the basics right with very little outlay. The sports bar annoys me. If you use it you then have to climb up and down through main stand to reach north stand. The bar closes prematch at different times too with the excuse being we need to reach our seats safely...lol Little things that just annoy regular customers that could easily be avoided imho. PS Hoping this is read as constructive criticism as I have intended it to be.

I dont know Ross personally but hearing good things about him. He is a supporter of the club and also a member of the community charity board. I actually think this is a positive appointment personally.

That is a really unfair comment Johndo sorry. You need to remember that this is only one source of fan opinion and I do wonder if you are seeing this from outside Inverness? My main form of fan engagement is twitter and I can assure you a lot of the younger fans are not happy re the lack of decent social media and fan engagement frim the club. However this has all become far too much at the moment and I shall just keep my PERSONAL opinions re anything to do with the club to myself for now. Thank goodness there is football to watch today!!!

I just find that depressing! There are loads of fans at club who were around pre merger who would have been happy to get involved. Why do we always get the basics so wrong?

All about soundbites and corporate marketing (such as the Jacobite strip launch) these days. The social media is so sanitised its barely worth reading. The board and the new CEO need to realise that without paying customers ie fans there is no club. All for trying to find new income streams but all we have had thus far is paying off long standing players and adding to the the field wage bill. Its like nobody listens anymore!

Several clubs in Scotland have scanning turnstiles Scotty. There is always a steward on hand to assist though.

Inverness is his home so I dont think any confirmation needed tbh
