  1. Agree with what you are saying but... ... we are going to find it hard to attract anyone from the central belt because if they are in a central belt area and things don't work out they have plenty of clubs to move too, while in the highlands it is ICT.. C*unty.. or Elgin :017: ... also we can't match the same wage demands as other clubs in the SPL ... It is a big move (as your hubby will know) to move from a populated city like Glasgow etc.. to the highlands. ... County is an ideal place for us to see how well players have settled in the area and then give them a good wash and... sorted :003: ... I don't think they have anyone worth stealing left :024: :016:
  2. friend of a friend... could be rubbish though :024:

:012: :012: :012: eh... NO Levein has said... you can go on a free... or maybe not, depending on our injuries! How does he expect to get the best out of a player if that is his attitude? Before hand he had slagged Proctor to the press after his second week in charge :017: As for rivalries... I couldn't give a fcuk about United, there was some well deserved abuse directed at Brewster when he was at the club but now I'm happy for you lot to go on about past successes.. while not realising you are languishing down at the bottom of the table having spent the most money in the SPL next to the OF. Just shows how little you know about the player, if anything can be said about Proctor it is: good attitude, not reached potential yet. He always gave his all when he played for ICT and if anything that reflects how poor a manager you must have if he can't get the same out of him.

  5. Transfer speculation has been gash today... hopefully there will be a few last minute deals before 12 tonight
  6. I did say 'sometimes' :004:

I think you would be extremely lucky to find any 22 yr old player with SPL experience that is available on a free transfer, and willing to move to Inverness. Especially one that can cover as many positions as Proctor can... Donald Park (best possible judge of potential EVER.. ) thought highly of Proctor and that's good enough for me... :021: Get him signed up :005:

Seemed to do fine when he was playing for us... and if ICT took a chance on him, I guarantee he would work his *** off whenever he got a chance. At United he was under intense scrutiny and was playing for a team that was falling to pieces under Brewster, he is a young lad and versatile which is extremely useful. I'd take him back in a second if he was going for free (or a nominal fee), I can't think of one bad performance he had for us and also managed to get his name on the score sheet on a few occasions.
  9. I thought there was a chance we would look at Snodgrass :024: Hissy never had what it takes IMO... gave his all but sometimes that is not enough

  11. Proctor signs for us today and comes on as a sub to score in the last minute to make it 3-2 to us, Dods got the first 2 :003: :003:
  12. Exactly how anyone can complain about taking off our defensive midfielder and then (in the same thread) say that we sat back and bent over for the big team is ridiculous. 2 mistakes and 2 goals otherwise you would be on here kissing CC's erse. We have the best record in the league against the OF bar none this season, not so much a small team mentality when you look at the stats. :014:

Daily Ger Levein is bang out of order the way he has treated some of his players... Proctor included. I hope he moves back to us on a free and scores against the ****!
  15. The question is whether an ex-jambo and Hearts supporter would want to move to Hibs... to be honest we have Hibs over a barrel here, I'd be asking for at least 500k - 1 mil if they are looking to replace a player of the same age and same position that they sold on for 2 million.
  16. 500k at least IMO :005:
  17. although there aint a single possible thing you could say about your side to an ict fan that merits GIRUY, i have to applaud you for trying :025: :025: :025: and I thought we couldn't agree on anything :014:
  18. Striker and defensive cover by the end of the day please... :003:

  20. Yogi writes for you exclusivley in the Record I went total radge on seturday, likesay, because we got beat 2-0 against Killie, ken, I telt ma players they were all fur coat an nae knickers, ken. I phoned ma mate Arsene Wenger, who i pestered at a uefa junket in paris, an he telt me to get the best oot ma players, i was tae give them a quaruple training session yesterday while they all had their index fingers up their erses, and we will reap the benefits against killie tonight in the CIS cup. Ah hud a beer wi ma mate Jim Jeffries efter the game on seturday, ken. I admire Jeffries cos he is an experienced manager an that, likesay. I picked his brains for managerial tips and i ran my tactics for the CIS semi final past him, ken. I plan to use baith ma wide men doon the channels tae feed ma striker and i am gonny adopt a zonal marking system. Alan Gow is goin tae play in a secret free role that naebody kens aboot an that. Gow is magic and we have turned doon offers from Rangers, wolves and AC Milan and i wulnae accept anything less than 14 million fur him, ken.
  21. I would personally rate Brown higher than all the keepers bar Gordon and to be fair he has had an extremely poor season also... just goes to show what happens when you leave ICT :014: Rubbish squad though.. I'm glad Hughes is back in as he has been one of the man reasons Pompey have done so well this season. Whittaker should have been a shoe-in IMO Thompson had done alright for Cardiff earlier in the season but has been extremely poor over the last 2-3 months Same extremely old defence... this is Scotland's future everyone :012:

As I have said on another thread, I'd easily have him back at the club... best bit of business ever done :015: :015: GIRUY Grocer & Brew
  25. No I wouldn't take Kenny and yes I would take Lee in the ICT team. :029: :029: Scotland international v Aberdeen forward that has been forced out the team by a 50 yr old :024:
